More business is created for some industries due to this virus crisis: more health, hygiene products plus furnishings ie beds etc for hospitals, food as people stockpile and supermarket needs replenishing...just few examples. Nasdaq listing is excellent news. Americans value biotech stocks very highly. This will at least double on the first day of trading in the us, notwithstanding yesterday news having big Chinese pharma using TILS products who will likely consider take over, going by the financial muscles they have and their appetite for western tech companies theyve buying over the last decades; not to mention China being prone to virus crisis that have been wrecking havoc with their economy and people.

Interests cuts today is good news for cos mulling take over, as they can borrow money on the cheap. According to markets analysts there will be more interests cuts due to Coronavirus causing havoc to markets and world economy. This crisis is also a silver lignin for esl: more transportation for extra health products, hygiene items (notice the shortage/empty shelves in supermarkets) and food as people are stockpiling because of panic.

doctorv, the NHS have announced testing unit are being set up outside hospitals + plus ambulances will used for mobile testing. Don’t you think setting up testing in gp practices, health centres etc ...will be necessary to keep hospital running smoothly to stop having 1000s of panicky people especially parents with children flooding into them. This a matter of left and death and emotions take over at the expense of reason. People with just a flue symptom won’t accept to be turned away from hospital, which will cause havoc with the rest of the services, if they have nowhere else to turn to, hence using other facilities must necessary. Testing can be done at the facilities I suggested and the tests sent to the appropriate labs for result if that is your implicit disagreeing point. I don’t see how else hospitals could cope otherwise in running other services in time of such crisis you use all the facilities and means available. With XPO have just not only taken over Nagel’s contract, this will lead alarm bell ringing in the logistic sector ensuing in mergers and acquisitions.
