Just as I said earlier mms took it down cause short of stock and would take it up again. There is momentum and relentless buying cause esl is a market anomalie and it has to start to find its true value to correct, so sp on one line trajectory for weeks with little retrace in between.

As I have advised 3 times before, relax and don’t panic. News is around the corner. The 3 times, so went down to 55 p only to go up past £1 the next day, 2nd time down to 63p then up past £2 in the next 2 days. 3rd time went down by 40ish p only to close the day -2.5 p. So it will be this time.

When mms bring sp down 1st thing at open, it’s a sign of being short of stocks. So they go for stop losses and also panic weak holders into selling. Watch once they fill they’ll take it again. Hold tight and cancel stop loss.

Kullybahia, what a bull****ter you are. Claiming to work a company with turn over if £800 millions and that has been around for decades and have clients the likes of amazon, Tesco....and you say it doesn’t make money, lol. Check you may have the Coronavirus as your brain seems in tatters, lol.

Aha Icartz, didn’t realise the article about the European company was in September last year, thanks for pointing that out. Still 6 months isn’t that long and now that esl has put its problems behind, you bet the T/O interest will intensify considering the other 3 interested parties: ex CEO Tinkler, Wincantons and DBay.

Here is the other post. Just to say T/O was so obvious with a big battle ensuing, especially now that esl is back on strong footing.

A no brainier win win situation. Esl is an excellent recovery play in its own right and a take over target. Just look at its mcap compared to pre suspension, not to mention its decades history and its multi billion clients such as Coca-Cola, Amazon and Tesco. These companies would have conducted due diligence following the recent esl debacle and they wouldn’t risk losing a big chunk of their business given their billions siz if there were any concerns. Tesco wouldn’t have extended their contract. The Woodford scandal and the market bloodbath combined brought this unprecedented opportunity of having the sp at 10p. Otherwise it would have come back to market not under 50p.

IMO, in the very near future, there should be a take over battle involving 3 entities. Guess who?

Now the mcap has reduced significantly, lot less than 1/3, you bet a big take over battle involving the 3 cited above will ensue in the near future. Not counting Europeans and especially Americans companies are who taking advantage of relatively low pound to buy U.K. companies on the cheap, as per markets analysts. I’ll give it 3 months, if not 3 weeks cause given such rare opportunity those interested would want to move in quick to take advantage and beat the competition.

So we have a European co mentioning esl for possible take over??? Well I have been saying this over the last 3 days, ie since I bought in. Now watch the big bidding battle ensuing between the 3 already mentioned and this European company. I had said give it 3 months or even 3 weeks. Didn’t think it would be less than a week we hear some noise of it. And watch the sp going into the stratospheric mode, lol.

It did touch 15p ask.....but lunchtime it quietens down a little as mms have caviar and sip port. But they will take up higher after lunch especially the last hour. The buying is relentless they will have to give in as they don’t have much stock left.

14.33 to sell 250k shares with HL now, as I keep saying 15 p by lunchtime time. And then 17 if not 20 by close. This a rerating situation of a branded co with decades long in business with the big boys.

Whilst almost all stocks are red because of the coronavirus, the same reason Nyct is blue and will continue to be so for weeks if not months. And much more beautiful is the company is helping save lives. What a dosh and what a pride!!!
