Apparently, CE Mark is better than the US FDA. So ncyt only really need FDA to sell in the USA. No wonder they have started selling elsewhere. But it would still be good to get it and the FDA will just rubber stamp it considering Ncyt submitted the CE data with their application to the Americans. the CEO in the CNN interview appeared confident.

I think if one picks one rns update of any we are expecting, it would automatically lead to several rns’ because most, of not all, are intertwined, eg:

Take the NHS/PHE one. This would lead to the FDA (they wouldn’t refuse approval, since US health service standard isn’t better than U.K’s.), which then leads to CFDA, then some of the 5 countries regulatory bodies (stated in the update)+ more tests kits supply requests, probable Roche jv, then sales update of the above and some of the 30 other countries- in the CNN interview, the CEO stated they are getting requests everyday.

So start again with anyone update rns above and use the same ‘formulae’, eg FDA first, then NHS etc.....how many sparks are in one (Chinese) fireworks?

There are maybe 6/7 rns’ (yes increasing with the new developments, eg CFDA, Roche) to be expected, but I would be more than happy with just 3/4 in the next 2/3 weeks, starting tomorrow hopefully.

If US army are closing bases in South Korea as some reports posted here are suggesting, then expect the army will put pressure on FDA to speed up approval. And look Primerdesign below, confirming yesterday they’re helping with Asia. You bet the US army might already be using the tests now as we speak: urgency and case of “beggars can’t be choosers.”

I take your point. However, the quote is from nyct R&D manager. She seems to be stating as a fact ie deal done, see capitals. So either a jv, or ncyt will have to pay Roche to pay for the distribution platform . So in either case a deal appears to have been struck, no. This also ties in with the fact the FDA to grant approval nyct has to provide evidence they are able to delivery the test when and where is needed. Just trying to understand to get my head around it, I’m sure others would help clarifying it.

No ramping please it just give ammunition to derampers. As many have said Ncyt doesn’t need ramping. The remotest village in the planet must have heard of coronavirus and **** is increasingly becoming synonymous with it.

I think we’ve seen off the shorters for a long time, if not for good as the expected news/rns will be served like confetti starting hopefully from next week.

I don’t think they have the guts to short this stock. They were just lucky in that they were handed ammunition on a plate by the 6 millions exercised warrants which the mms played well. No more warrants or options and co with plenty cash which they may not need that much considering the very likelihood of jv with Roche.

I don’t think any ‘brave’ shorters would want to spend an agonising weekend and close to take this up well above the £1 today.
