Failure finds excuses. Iran and Bangladesh contracts are a total failure, and JC would only admit Bangladesh after he was pushed into it on the Q&A last year. Simples.

It doesn't matter, the whole document you have posted the link for is the current UK position for trading in Iran. Germany and France have taken the same stance in ignoring US sanctions.
There is NO political reason CC should not be trading there. JC will know the reason CC are not, but it's highly unlikely that news will be released anytime. Bangladesh is the same story.
