There has been much discussion regards SLA in India. I have long thought the term means very little. You could have a dumb meter, giving the primitive readings we know, but have a very simple 'stop supply' function if ever bypassed. This will be one step up, but could achieve 95% SLA score. Someone needs to list what the SLA scale looks like, because right now it means nothing.

Some tech savvy suppliers have been offering differing SLA options to the Indian market. Whilst India demanded 99.5%, and then produce tenders asking for 95%, some can tailor their offer accordingly. They clearly do not like the costs associated with 99.5%, so it seems some are able to offer a 'get what you pay for' service. India won't like it, as the everything for nothing mentatlity mostly overrides, but this is long overdue. I hate to say it, but they need to turn off that Russian Oil tap soon also. Someone will be weilding the big stick again, and we know where that ends.

This is why you lose so much in your investment strategy. India is the smallest part of CC right now. A TU should give detailed coverage of the larger parts. I don't expect a Clown to get any of that though.
