I think you maybe ask the wrong questions LTI.
The time I had with 2 installers yesterday confirmed what I already knew, but confirmed all the same. They will check a mobile signal strength at the first sign of a Comms issue. They will fit boosters, and aerial attachments, on the rare locations they struggle. The first point, if in doubt, is always the mobile signal.
Both have 11 years experience, all over the country, between them they could recall 3 installs they couldn't connect.
I suggested the 'not spot' information of 10% Comms issues, dismissive is a good word.
I don't doubt your experience with your suppliers, but I do think they are fobbing you off for reasons unknown here.

The company will now know, for certain, that this statement is wholly incorrect. It needs to be addressed in the next TU, whenever that is, and expected CC % unit numbers need to be advised. This is, by far, their largest running contract. They cannot continue to simply ignore what is clearly going on, however difficult the update will be.

Exactly the reasons why CC have delayed dropping the bombshell. Hardman steer well clear of the subject also, funny that.

Thanks jake. In typical CC style they never face the fact with any truth, but kick the can and say UK contract revenue will be towards the end of the rollout. This is yet another contract that will deliver next to nothing again. Unless JC fancies putting up a TU with some other information, it's safe to assume CC were had over on the Connode deal.

Has anyone ever asked CC where these 10% of 'not spots' will be found? I know it's a difficult subject for some here, but given they tell the market CC will not see real revenue until the closing stages of UK installs, they must have good knowledge of where these Comms issues are? Not a trick question, I have just spent 2 hours with 2 SM installers, and they have no idea what CC are on about?
