Look, at the end of the day, Intellismart have crashed on with 800,000 + meters, and CC are not needed as they are reporting 98-99% accurate comms. That surely has to alert, even the most blinkered poster here, that they are unlikely to action much at all regarding the MOU. They won't be alone, no one ever has!

To be fair tonyj, it's not just you that doesn't get it. CC choose to ignore these little items also, which is why they keep needing that begging bowl.

Quoting little items like why the UK contract will deliver next to nothing? Why Bangla stopped CC contract in its tracks? Why Iran contract has been taken over by others? All massive 'contract wins' that have failed, why would that be? Now, looking at Anils Tweet, as of 3 days ago, CC had 825,000 units installed in India. As of 25/11/21 or 6 months ago, CC had dispatched 1 million units in India. So, to make this easy, and given Intellismart are installing circa 100,000 meters every month now, why do you think they are not needing CC comms?

Meter installs haven't slowed, they are at their fastest run rate ever. Don't know what Comms are inside, but it sure isn't CC.

Either 1 of them doesn't know the numbers, or Anil is saying 175,000 are not successfully working.

confirms the oldest start up in town are STILL entertaining pilot installs, probably free of charge. It's desperate, and the market knows it. There is absolutely no reason to withhold information if this were a genuine order.

Whatever it is, and who's it may be, Intellismart clearly like the unit and will be using it in volume going by their posts. They are already moving at pace with Smart installs, and CC have not been called up yet. I think Smart Energy Water are also taking good strides in their field of play. MOU's with both, nothing to show as usual.

talks about a Pluggable Comms module being a major step forward. Sounds like a stand alone unit plugging into the meter, and it's a specified requirement for the standard bidding documents. Doesn't sound too 'embedded' does it?
