10% dilution is highly probable. It's an expensive operation keeping this lot fed and watered, then there's the Pension provision for when they can't take anymore.

It's in classic Indian 'waste everyones time' mode. Those who paid for empanelment application, will now be paying for level 2, and will be paying until they work out the scam or India dream up a new one.

The desperate 'White Label' myth is getting an airing again. If China have reverse worked Omni, let's face it they have something that is working well, Indian co's will be all over them. You can hide an awful lot of production location behind White Label.

Just for the record, we are talking about homes and businesses that might one day have a meter installed that measures the utility supply so that the customer pays the going rate. It is a concept that has operated for well over 100 years. The meters work, the Smart Comms attached to the meters work, what doesn't work is the over complicated nonsense that Indian Gov. departments continually rename and recreate endless processes of Hoops and Hurdles that ensure nothing gets done. Empanelment is just the latest joke, there will be another one along soon. In the meantime 5,500,000 SM's need fitting EVERY month now to meet the Indian first joke deadline.

What you are seeing right now is just another level of thumb twiddling. Volume contracts are no nearer now than 3 years ago, and CC tech is no better now than 3 years ago. Simples.
Anyone serious about getting this done would have been going through these processes years ago.

March was to be the Golden month that had some sooo excited. Highly likely Oct-Dec 2022 will see phase 4, then the reverse Empanelment reviews will be actioned prior to further pilot demos and financial stress tests.
Whatever, we can safely assume phase 1 was a typical Indian car crash.

I would say TNEB were ahead of their time in 'shaping' CC. Since they recognsied, despite what JC ssured was good enough, the comms offer wasn't actually err good enough. Roll forward 6 or 7 years, and £10's of millions additional R&D later, and we can view many other car crash incidents that have shaped the company as we find it today. Cancelled or non performing contracts (UK) aside, the endless run of Letters of Intent , MOU's, Strategic partnership agreement's, Key MOU's! It's totally understandable why the market take little notice here, and that will rightly continue as long as the company cannot trade without constant hand outs.
No idea why the lastest TU is taking so long, but historically with delays comes a cloaked bombshell.

CC in India are a wholly owned subsidary, the reason I didn't come back on here to answer, is because it has to be the most ridiculous thought you ever processed. You literally have no idea how things work, and most readers here know it. Which is why no one else could bring themselves to answer you.
