Interesting that JC still uses the $32 billion number, he has had that in the plan since day dot. Take EESL, I know it's painful to some, but they are there on the ground and implementing their process to address the issues we all know about. Why then do they use $16 billion as the lost revenue number? It has been steadily falling over the years, as the game moves on. Yet again, CC are stuck in the past using old stats and questionable revenue.

GPRS timing or not, the fact JC reads, believes and re states the Indian fictional 35 million deployed by 2019 shows the measure of his delusion. It's not going to happen, and even with a realistic timeframe, if you aren't part of EESL the volume part of the business is gone. CC could end up a quaint boutique SI at this rate, great solutions with a personal touch.

Opinions , ones you don't want to hear! Anyhow, water and gas comms are next on CC list. Huge R&D on battery powered installs. Hope that suits you 2cv.

Hi LTI, I have asked the question. The EESL tender has been years in the planning, and details revised over and over. It was at the last minute that GPRS was a considered option, so if CC were not pitching beforehand, I don't know what they were doing. I believe they were involved in this process, and they should answer a straight question on it from any shareholder. As we all know, it is a massive contract that has started, and central to all that is CC in India.

Me also LTI. It's expected with little doubt that CC will be involved somewhere in their process. As ever, if it's not in the huge commercial quantities required to make a license agreement work, JC's business model is flawed. 10's of millions needed, I fear 10's of thousands are as good as we will see.

You can keep revisiting this, for whatever reason LTI, .But it doesn't change the fact CC lost it and the world was, and still are, watching it's successful implementation.

You'd be amazed how many millions this lot can hide in R&D costs.
