CC could win a 30 million unit contract tomorrow. Without a proven route to profit, why would the market build any extra value on the business? If anything, going on current order rates, such a contract will just amplify greater losses and even faster dilution. JC & HP have denied the need the for extra funding many times now, to be followed very quickly with another cash call. You could argue they don't know what they are doing, I believe they know exactly what they are doing.

HSBC, or any other lending entity, will want to see an applicants ability to pay the loan plus interest. CC cannot provide that information, so they are forced to go for further dilution. In this, ITT is correct, they are simply squeezing smaller holders out of the game and there should be little surprise what happens when they hit critical mass.

It's a shame, but understandable, that HSBC cannot bring themselves to lend CC any money.

That run rate equates to around 50 years to completion.

To be fair, DJP is probably right that long term holders should be doing Cartwheels.

Given that no bank would ever lend money to CC, and they clearly need money fast, without the giveaway CC would have probably folded yesterday IMO. This will be an ongoing pattern, with no option to exisiting holders, that ensures they are diluted to oblivion regardless how many contracts CC win.

DJP being a long term holder, and picking up additional stock at giveaway prices must be his reason to Cartwheel.

Since then, they have somehow managed to keep the SP on the floor whilst lining up the lowest blow they could to exsisting holders. JC has used his well earned 'bonus' fund to snout more stock.

All the time they spout about building shareholder value, that normally means all shareholders, but this is CyanConnode and nothing is ever normal.
