All those large contracts were declared wins for multiple organisations? The trickle down timeline was estimated 3 months, then 6 by some on here. How about 11 to 18 months, or never. JC got his £300k out, with abusive interest added of course, now we are led to believe IS are negotiating a contolling stake in CC India. Whatever tiny number they drill him down to, I hope he has the good sense to take cash upfront. But hey, if it works for the BoD, they really won't be too fussed.

India IS will drive this through the floor, Holdings BoD will benefit, but that's about it. ITT is about right with the premium, 10p will probably do it.

I won't be surprised if CC India aren't simply cut loose from CC Holdings if and when a deal is done. This will ensure no value to CC Holdings investors but it will be assured that Holdings will now move on with ROW on its own.

Given about 85% of the life of a contract is in the upfront charges in hardware, at a very fast reducing margin, the 90% margin only applies to the rest. This watered down income over 8-10 years needs viewing correctly. As does the 90% figure JC has dreamed up, it wasn't long ago he was telling us that 90% was the expected margin throughout. In telling shareholders he also informed his customers, which is why the Gross Margin is falling off a cliff. Not the brightest Spark eh.

We will know the full sorry story when CC have to make full accounts public. October will tell us just how much the services of the upper BoD actually cost the company. I'm guessing a hefty cost of living increase, among other well earned perks will be on show.

Needed to see this company to only break even point will be circa 45 Million units installed. India is essentially out of control with staff levels and accountability. Costs throughout the company are raging, and the Tail is well and truly wagging the Dog. Serious discussions at board level must surely be taking place, unless the exit plan is already agreed and these little amusements are a simple step in the road.
