Didn't some interfering shareholder phone a senior Saudi official , who was unaware of what was going on with QFI, and as a result of that the deal was scuppered?

Of course "These things don't happen overnight". We need a commitment for a trial. Perhaps order is the wrong word but I have been waiting 12 years plus for something to happen that actually produces some revenue.
The OTC listing should get things moving again. There is to be no dilution so the shares have got to come from somewhere. Remember this is the largest hard rock lithium resource in Europe and located a short train ride away from the German auto industry. There is a skilled mining workforce in the vicinity who are keen to get employed. What's not to like?
This share price is ridiculous and being manipulated downwards so that others can pick them up on the cheap. Remember all the positives:Largest hard rock lithium resource in Europe. On the doorstep of the German auto industry. Skilled local workforce in favour of the project. Largest shareholder the state owned CEZ. Environmentally sound. The price is a joke and should clearly be £1 plus now with much more to come over the next year or so.
Don't sell your shares on this price drop. Traders are after your shares on the cheap. Remember Lawrence's words of wisdom: Largest hard rock lithium resource in Europe A short distance by freight train from the German auto industry State backing in the form of CEZ Skilled local workforce. Why would you sell your shares on the cheap?
They need a highly motivated sales director who can actually close off an order and earn a generous commission. Scientists and engineers are not automatically good commercially.

I understand from certain well informed Australian contributors that our shareholder agreement has a formula included to calculate the value of our 49% holding that protects us from being shafted.
Fingers explained the mechanism that would have to be followed to arrive at a price should a takeover bid be made and as I understand it any price would have to be based on potential market value. I think all we need to do as shareholders is sit back and wait.
I think we will have to rely on the strength of the shareholders' agreement which I understand from certain, well informed, investors has a formula to protect the interest of the 49% minority.
