Hi Leftos, I am sure that Fingers has outlined the safeguards written in to the agreement with CEZ more than once. He sounds confident that any sales price will be in excess of my £4 per share target. I think the derampers are out and about this morning.

I am sure that a formula exists and has been referred to on a number of occasions by the more informed contributors on this bulletin board. The board members we have are far too experienced not to have dealt with this in their sales agreement. I think my £4 per share expectation is quite modest.

My understanding is that shareholders' interests are protected by an agreement struck with CEZ when they became the majority shareholders. It contains a formula that requires the price to be based on a number of factors. (Fingers has explained how this is calculated on a number of occasions.)

Surely Skoda wouldn't commit to a battery manufacturing facility unless they were damned sure that the lithium they would require was a relatively short distance away and mined in their own Country.

Personally I have every confidence in Keith's ability to see the project through to a profitable conclusion. He isn't flashy, like some other CEO's and I expect to achieve the minimum of £4 per share that I am looking for.
