You can have some new tech when this comes good, it might be totally different to anything you're used to though.

I'm now going to practice stringing a few words together without a huge error in my grammar or spelling.

I've just been having a spin round a few other boards, catching up, and nothing changes my opinion on the world, it is absolutely rammed full of crazy people. Every day on these boards I see people calling each other every name you can think of and threats of meeting up for fights. When I was younger I was probably too opinionated but age and nasty encounter with Covid helps makes me realise that most things aren't worth getting angry over. Some boards have the same people hurling the same abuse at each other day after day, it really is quite concerning that there are so many people like that in the world.

On a brighter note, we seem to have a good laugh on here, whatever happens to the S.P. and whatever are opinions or how we differ we seem to muddle along ok. Long may it continue. If we lose all our money on this or anything else where are expectations are maybe higher than they should be we are still breathing, enjoy it while it lasts, life is too short to be angry. I always want the positive amongst us to be right, even if I don't share their views, but my biggest concern is that even if everything is going in the right direction behind the scenes, it isn't visible yet. There are a couple of things we surely have to agree on:- (1) I.T. is a fast moving business, there is always progress being made by the leaders in their field, and the smart successful ones always shout their good news from the rooftop in an attempt to keep the S.P. stable. (2) If you are in a booming market then it naturally follows that others are already reaping rewards of that boom, so it's no use being the dog stuck in the outside trap on a short race when the hare has disappeared into the distance. (3) After a boom comes bust, booms don't last forever, so you have to be in it to win it.

It may turn out like a dream, but whatever anyone says 'Summer' is now here (almost half way) and racing towards autumn, and sitting here saying 'soon' when Autumn comes isn't good for any of us.

Charts, fundamentals, technicals, all aligned perfectly, and if anyone needs a second opinion, I licked my finger and held it in the air.

Chellybaby - As I have said before, I am not Warren Buffet but I do think it doesn't matter how big the company, there are always situations you can't control. I personally think that this isn't about a revised result or '26 forecast. I may be wrong, and maybe we will see.

Dip66 - Excellent assessment of A.I. I do wish people would see it for what it is, a useful tool in some situations but not the answer to all problems.

To be perfectly clear the word 'people' is not aimed at anyone on this board, my son thinks it is wonderful, I think it has a way to go.

I like the idea of a better week next week, it hasn't been a great one. ( BTW I don't mean here)

Latino - we are a very tolerant bunch on here but we do have a code of practice that has to be adhered to, don't muck about, say what you mean.

Captain - musk visits us regularly because we are nice friendly people and he enjoys the company and the banter.

Hi speedy, you have made my point. I don't personally think the company is to blame, I could easily be wrong, and I won't be the only one. I do totally agree with your bit about moral lines. It's just that everyone was so sure yesterday that it was all about revised forecasts, I just wanted people to look at the possible bigger picture. No negatives or intention to upset anyone.
