At this rate of "progress", it's likely a lot of the lifers on here will be passing the baton and the poisoned chalice to their descendants!

Share gnome, because it's warrants in lieu of fees and they can't exercise the warrants for one year whatever happens to the SP.

They can't do anything for 12 months whatever rise happens to the SP. That's the incentive.

A further HNWI might see the current SP as a bargain. Any share purchase by the BOD is a double edged sword as it can signify no relevant action on the horizon. Tomorrow will be interesting and let's hope things stabilise a bit.

I think he waits until the dust has settled and then makes his observations. It's better to reflect on the days events after COB and some of the more excitable posts have either been proved right or wrong!

I should imagine the three HNWI's who recently invested millions in the company, are familiar with yachts and islands anyway!!

The HNWI discussion relates to Sareum not Valirx which, as far I as know, has no specific HNWI's.

Just finally, as this is the Val forum, much of the money was raised at a premium. Agreed no lock in but conditions on the SP being at a certain level for so many days to allow the exercise of warrants. No doubt some shares sold but the SP held up and the company now has plenty of cash in the bank with more to come if warrants are executed. Whatever way you look at it, the involvement of several HNWI's is a very welcome development for any AIM listed company in this field of operation IMO.

rhubarb, HNWI's receive "specialist advice" from their advisors and consultants. They don't invest unless they are confident of a very high return from their subscriptions and warrants. That's why they're HNWI. Three such people have put many millions of pounds into Sareum and it's usually a sign of major confidence in the business. They're not after a quick punt like a day trader. All IMHO.

Getting one of these on board with a premium subscription and warrants is the holy grail of AIM IMO. Sareum have attracted three so far and the SP has been underpinned. Making the pitch is normally the job of the NED's. If one of these could be brought on board, at Val, then it sends a very strong message of support.

The directors taking cash for the ending of salary deferment rather than shares hasn't helped sentiment IMO.

Anyone who sold yesterday or today and intends to buy back later deserves praise. I wish I had done it! A few jealous and angry posters on here today. Easy money for some. We'll done them!

Maybe the Regeneron/ Roche news hasn't helped although it's not the silver bullet the headlines make it out to be.
