All but one HNWI (2.8p) subscriptions are now in loss. The 2.8p one is looking a bit vulnerable. Looks like Ca 3p is the target price before consolidation and let's hope PH have a cunning plan to entice a major investment post consolidation.

The report can't be held back as it's price sensitive. When it's "officially " available to the BOD is open to interpretation!

Give Tim a break. This is what was said in the AGM statement on 16 December 2021.

" We are pleased to report that the final toxicology and safety studies required to file for an exploratory Clinical Trial Authorisation ("CTA") have been completed and we expect the finalised reports in the first quarter of 2022. The data from these studies will be crucial to the progression of this CTA, which we remain on track to submit during mid-2022. While data analysis is still in progress, we are confident that the studies have met their objectives of identifying any organs or tissues that might be susceptible to high-dose toxicity and determining the appropriate first-in-human dose. The results received to date fully support our plan to submit this CTA for SDC-1801."

So, he has until 31 March 2022 to release the results.

By then it might be too late for the ones who have no noses and bandages on their feet. At the very least, I think it's a good idea to wait until the last moment before making a voting decision. I wager this: If the SP suddenly shot up, the tone and the voting intentions would miraculously change. If the SP collapsed, there would be a huge protest vote against consolidation and the pitch forks would be out. It's human nature to lash out.

It baffles me why the anti-consolidators don't allow a bit more time before casting their no vote. What's the rush? I maintain that most are driven by a misguided need to give the BOD a telling off rather than a reasoned decision. Apologies to those whose knees are jerk free!

Why would forcing down the SP help the consolidation case? IMO, the lower the SP the more people will vote against it and some will do it as a mark of disapproval as their hearts will rule their heads.

I agree. The PR ( or lack of) has been an unmitigated disaster. There should have been more guidance from those people not wearing the white coats. Frankly, Tim is brilliant at science (afaik) but is not a natural communicator. This failing is overlooked when things are going well but brought home to us when the SP is stuck in the doldrums as now.

Human/investor nature being what it is will be in full play atm unless there is a dramatic change in the SP in the next few weeks. I suspect many PI's will use their "NO" vote as a protest vote even if they truly believe that consolidation is part of a bigger plan to get the additional funding needed to show complete independence and progress the pipeline. Basically, cutting off one's nose to spite one's face.
