Tin hat time approaching. The BOD can stick any ideas about consolidation as far as I'm concerned.

Let's hope that the next news isn't about Tim's consolidation wheeze. A consolidation from 3p would be a disaster but great for the dark forces pulling his strings.
A very poor 6 months for shareholders and somebody needs to think about getting some value for us. Stuff the alleged potential hot air. Nobody has noticed that apart from the uber optimists and they have been proved utterly wrong so far.
We don't want to end up like Valirx!

I agree. A lesson to be learned. Never ever miss out on the chance to take a profit when you can especially on shares like this.
I hope someone makes an offer if the tox results are good and I'll be happy with 10p to end the death by a thousand cuts which the BOD are happily presiding over.
Even HNWI's can be wrong because I sense something isn't right here. The nature of the postings has changed and people seem to be battening down for the long haul.
I hope this doesn't turn into another Amur Minerals situation.

If Tim expects his pet consolidation idea to pass easily at the EGM, he might be in for a shock assuming he cares anymore that is. The lower we sink, the less impact any good news will have and sentiment is rock bottom IMO.

Glen, I don't see that brief paragraph as enough. I can accept the desire to shake off the "penny share" mantle but surely the new broker should be selling the science to contacts based on potential not price.
Say the consolidation is 20:1 then it's going to be a lot easier for the dark forces to shave a few pence off £1 and show a small percentage drop than shave a small amount off the current SP and show a much larger percentage drop.
There is a prestige in having a higher SP but at least let's start with a decent SP in the first place. 4 or 5 pence is far too low but I don't really know whats going to shake it up atm. I can't see the tox results adding more than a penny and if they're not what is expected than we'll be back to god knows what.

Bert. Yes more or less but the market ( consisting of visible & invisible forces overt & covert) has decided we are worth less than 5p despite the published information. That's where we are atm.
I still regard the performance of the SHARE PRICE to be very disappointing since the high of 8p or so in early August.
Consolidation from such low levels worries me because, without good news, the market will chip away at the consolidated SP by death with a thousand knives. The manipulation will be far less obvious than with a SP of 4/5p. The BOD have to give a compelling reason for the planned action and then we can consider it.
I sincerely hope the BOD give us a better start to 2022 than they have left us at the end of 2021.

The SP performance against the backdrop of the science has been poor. What's the point of a company achieving success in its field if the stakeholders don't benefit from it? Setting aside the moral argument for the benefits to people with relevant illnesses, the majority of "investors" on AIM do it to make money not to support a moral cause.

SP 31/12/2021 4.9p and falling.
Not really that much progress in the value is there?
Let's hope the BOD begin to deliver some shareholder value in 2022 as the performance of the SP since the summer has been pathetic and before I get slated for moaning about the SP, what else actually matters to a shareholder?
One last thing. I hope the presentation skills get polished up for 2022 so that we don't have to endure Tim in front of the camera or on the squeaky chair.

fearg, as I see it the true worth atm is about 4.85p and falling. I wouldn't be surprised if we end up at 4p by COB tomorrow.

Let's hope they don't have a problem with the official release of the tox results. That would be an even bigger disaster than PH appear to be!

My monthly order is processed on the 24th of the month. I've been charged but no delivery and no response to a message on my account. Maybe the order should have been processed earlier to allow for the break. I can accept that it's possibly the RM but a lack of a response is just poor.

On the basis of what is visible, and that's an important caveat, the PH appointment seems to have been a disaster. In fact, their involvement has destroyed sentiment. They have brought SFA to the party.

I hope so. I don't want the NY opening with Tim et al banging on about consolidation until they release some good news for a change.

The share has performed badly since the summer and has worsened since PH were appointed. I just don't think the BOD have enough corporate experience to deal with the bad boys. I think the SP will be nearer 4p tomorrow and it will simply be a sh** end to a poor 6 months. I wouldn't be surprised to see the SP is worked down to 3p early in the NY and than consolidated to earn the brokers a fat fee. These city boys must love the brilliant but commercially naive guys in white coats. Easy pickings!

What turnaround? I'm looking at a live mid of 5p. A drop of 3.9% from opening. Just another pathetic day for Sareum.

Looks like another red day and probably tomorrow as well. A very disappointing few months for the SP and a very poor performance since the summer.
As far as the mm's are concerned and especially the new broker, the default for Sareum is always red.
Consolidation is the last thing we need atm and perhaps the BOD should concentrate on shareholder value for once and actually meet a deadline.
