DP64, please desist from making any comparison between the governance of Sareum and Valirx. I was in Val a very long time and the antics of George & Mildred over there, bear absolutely no comparison with the BOD of Sareum. Val was watered down over years to fund and sustain a lifestyle.

I can understand reasons for opposing consolidation but what difference does the rate of consolidation make?

All the info re consolidation & changes to the M&A's has been loaded for those who want to read all about it. I'll take a look later but no time atm.

Sadoldgit. What is the PH agenda and why did Sareum appoint them? Are we looking at a naive and ill-conceived appointment or one which was made to expedite Sareum's move to the next level? Why is it in PH's benefit to drag their clients SP into the gutter? Surely it can't all be about "mates rates"!

Nobody is talking about 2026! That is the MAXIMUM time for the exercising of warrants. Major things will have happened WELL before 2026 IMO.

After all these years of promises and cosy fireside chats from the previously well-respected CEO, it all comes down to 7p a share. A long. long way from the 40p of a few years back and the £1 party plans. I wonder if RY thinks that it's all be worth the hassle?

Sareum down (as usual) 3.7% as at 15.02.

I don't "truly" think it and my timing is useless like 99% of AIMERS.
Although I'm not happy with Sareum ATM, it's too risky to be out just in case Tim pulls his finger out and a miracle happens!
