How can they give price sensitive information at an AGM? I really can't understand why some can't grasp this!
Best we can hope for is a positive RNS at 7am tomorrow.

Allowing for smoke and mirrors, it looks to me as if hardly any shares have been bought this week with every day a sea of red. Makes me wonder who's selling because even the LTH's must be scraping the barrel now. All the HNWI's are well down and I'm now in the red. Anyone who bought this year is way down so I can only assume that some old hands have given up. I can't see much scope for trading as 50p must be the bottom unless the news is so bad that the fat lady really has done her final encore.

Dilly's handling of the US farce tells me all I need to know about her. She's a useless CEO leading an ineffectual BOD IMO. She's delivered no shareholder value at all.

Well, it looks like Dilly - Dally is giving us a 10p Christmas.
I really don't see why so many worship her when she's delivered no actual Shareholder value to date and it looks like the SP will drop to the ill -advised placing level of 10p.

No. Absolutely not. Can't stand her tbh but she seems to have fobbed off her fans enough to enjoy her Christmas. She did that in her chat with Adam a few weeks back.
As far as I'm concerned she's no good at providing a return for Shareholders.
I judge her ability by her return to Shareholders. So, on that basis she has ZERO credibility in my eyes.

It does look as if the BOD are going to deliver a rubbish end to the year for the Shareholders. A truly appalling performance which could have been mitigated by better communications especially of late. I hope this doesn't turn into another Reneuron. The only comfort to me is that the BOD are loosing money at a faster rate than most of us.

Somebody over on Val made the very valid point that if Val were in this position, we would have been kept abreast with progress good or bad. It's a fair point and the Sareum BOD and their advisors are truly appalling at communications. I'll forgive them if they haven't made an almighty hash of the CTA. At the moment, I'm kept going by Bertram Russells advice "what are the facts, and what is the truth the facts bear out". The facts are atm, Sareum haven't failed to get 1801 into a CTA: They've been delayed.

Adam, re last para. No nothing. Communications are a complete disaster from Dr Tim et al.
The Sar SP has taken a battering pending either good or bad news re the CTA. Sareum are known for thoroughness in their work so the "delay" or whatever is very disconcerting.

Presumably, he has lost confidence in the CEO's ability to deliver on 201. I think we're all waiting for her to come clean on that as it's looking as if Thx cannot proceed. Situation not helped by her throwing out Adam a few days ago. She's just not much good for shareholders is she and has delivered very little so far.

If we go down, we take Mitchell, Parker et al with us. We loose our shirts: They loose their shirts, their professional reputations and years of research. They will be labelled failures by their peers.
PS, anyone here remember Alizyme? Mitchell discovered the lead candidate which was Cetilistat. Alizyme crashed due to lack of funding but I can't discover whether Dr Mitchell was connected with the subsequent events.

I don't think 99.9% of the people running the market have a clue or give a jot about the science. The continuous erosion of the SP can be explained in one simple word. "Uncertainty"
A poor initial RNS and not a word since has exacerbated this problem. Clarification of the situation will end the uncertainty for better or worse.

Maybe the date was announced following an unofficial nod that all's now well with the application. Otherwise, it would be very unwise to have an unnecessary AGM with so much uncertainty especially if there was plenty of time left to hold it.
