The return of 737, the "delay" (if you can call it that) in an update about the CTA and some uncertainty about future funding intentions are the three main reasons for the doldrums atm IMO. Today not helped by the large sell of 23000 shares @ 09:01.
Maybe a "blue sky" RNS covering a number of these aspects will surprise us soon.

I think you are having a pop at me via my investment in Sareum but a lot of people in Val are in Sareum as well so don't rubbish Sareum too much!
As I said, time will tell and I will be the first to congratulate you on your prescience about Sareum or the fact that you were 100% wrong.
Based on your undiluted ramping of Val and predictions of prices which NEVER happen I think you are more likely, with Sareum to be talking total bowlocks!

Iceman. 12 months today from the LOI and no published progress. A wishy-washy update in March which, as usual, tried to put a shine on the dire predicament Dr Suzy has placed herself in.
Recent news issued by the company is excellent and hopefully will bear fruit one day. Of course the timing has placated many holders who are easily satisfied with a decent email and a sweet smile.
The market, though, isn't interested and is desperately waiting to clarify once and for all, the exact state of play with Thx.
The reaction of some on here tells me that, behind the bravado are people who seem very tense indeed.

You're missing the point. Any rerate will come on the back of good news on 201 and some cash in the bank. Everything else is froth to the market no matter how good the progress IMO.

I think the market is anxiously waiting for news on 201 despite good progress in other areas. The anniversary of the LOI is a couple of days away.

TDK, weren't they supposed to pay some fees? 12 months is more than enough time to know whether or not they can raise finance. If they were in the process in November 2021, what can possibly cause a delay in having it agreed assuming they presented their backers/bankers with a feasible business plan. Surely the funds would have been agreed "in principle" I've no idea what advantage it would be to them to retain an interest unless it's to enter a period of attrition to change the terms of the LOI as Suzy is placed under more pressure to get a deal. We don't know of any other suitors do we?

Iceman, she may be friendly but hasn't yet earned her shareholders a single penny and has cost many a lot of money when she placed at a stupid 10p so I'll reserve my admiration for the moment!

Maybe she's holding out because there are no interested parties in the wings. If there were, she would have given the Americans an ultimatum months ago as she has a duty to the shareholders. I suspect they know that and are just playing her along until they finally admit they can't proceed. (IMO)

I'm afraid Dr Dilly is going to have egg all over her face if she admits that she has been strung along by the Americans for 12 months. Maybe she and her team are not cut out for the hard negotiations and happier in the world of dreams and grandiose schemes.

The LOI was arranged very nearly 12 months ago when the US outfit were supposedly arranging finance. I was just wondering how much longer this saga will be allowed to continue as it looks very much like a non-starter to me. It simply does not take 12 months to arrange finance IMO. This obfuscation is damaging to the company and does not reflect well on CEO competency.
