Healthy scepticism is not necessarily a sign of mental distress nor attention seeking. Perhaps not accepting reality is more of a problem.

You're more likely to get a RNS from GSK stating how pleased they are to note an increase in their SP since ditching 737 than anything from the non- communicator in charge of this outfit!

Mid close last Friday was 215p so MC = £146m Mid close today is 135p so MC =£92m therefore £54 million wiped off the MC of the company in one week.
This was largely because of the return of 737 which would have yielded a payment of approx £500k to Sareum on the dosage of the first patient. God knows when any further milestones would have been paid.

Maybe a feeling that Dr Tim was confident about a compound that a massive pharma does not seem to be interested in and therefore casts a shadow over his professional judgement and the implications for the wholly owned products. Just a thought.

I think it's got further to go but due to a mess up with my broker on the 737 news day, I sold some at a stupid price and instantly regretted it. I'm looking to buy back some at Ca 120p. I can't sense much appetite for Sareum atm. Some news/clarification would be welcome. Also a bit tempted by Valirx.

Adam, yes an interesting point. The SP reaction in Sareum yesterday was a bit overdone to say the least, especially as Sareum was only ever entitled to 27.5% of any milestone payments etc. The fact remains that GSK don't appear to be interested in the SRA737 compound despite its provan benefits in combination. That's got a lot of people scratching their heads as they try to work out the story behind the headline. It's a dodgy and unpredictable game this AIM pharma business! Hope some news comes here soon as I'm feeling a bit tempted TBH.

On the positive, Sareum now have a say in the next steps for 737. On the negative, why didnt GSK want it?
