Probably one of the best CEO's in the business and completely trustworthy IMO. Anyone having jitters needs to look back a few months to see the dire state we were in. Dr Dilly has more or less saved the company and given hope to shareholders (like me) who thought all was lost under the previous regime.

Any idea on the timescales between the availability of a large scale Chinese product and the PXS bottom line?
I agree, if the Chinese venture is successful it will probably be "transformational" but plenty of time to monitor the SP as it is on record that a bit of fundraising will be needed first.

I will add my opinion to the massive response to today's AGM.
I note that all resolutions were passed overwhelmingly with a huge vote of confidence in Ian Ford as CEO. I also note that a maximum of £690k can be raised in the next 15 months. I also note the very positive response of the market in that several hundreds of pounds worth of shares have been traded in four deals.
I wish all holders all the very best as we approach the next few years.

Ok, hands up! I've been struggling to get my head around the deal ever since it was announced. I've been here for years and well before recent events and no new money has been committed. I understand how the CLN's can be converted into equity with NRR but I can't grasp where our income will come from in the meantime. I would be glad for someone to explain that to me. Thanks.

Thoth2. I hold both SAR & VAL so have an interest in BOTH succeeding.
SAR was in the doldrums for years and VAL was brought to its knees by the action of George & Mildred. Under the new CEO, I've been able to take a fresh look at VAL and I averaged down to bring my B/E to Ca 23p and until Suzy took over, I had written my investment off. SAR seems on the cusp of some major re-rate. I also held SAR shares for years.
Whilst I can't predict what will happen here, I think you're being a bit harsh in your assessment about the way VAL is being run. In fact, Tim over at SAR could take note of the excellent communications format set up under Dr Dilly as shown by the Q&A recently available.
The trial for 201 was successful and I won't insult your intelligence by picking snippets from it. The only thing I would say is that the numbers were limited by the fact the men taking part were at end -stages in their illness and obviously only small numbers of patients would have been available. More details will be available by the end of the year.
The position with the other products is covered in the very recently published Q&A. An update on 301 is given.
Let's hope that both of these shares do well and we all get some rewards both financial and in the alleviation of suffering.

Sometimes on AIM you have to take a bit of profit to keep the morale up! It's very disheartening to see the price rise only to see it decimated by traders and mm's so it's reasonable to crystalliize some profit from time to time. The PI has to take a few crumbs now and again as we are the bottom of the food chain!

Time asked for, and got, £174000. Probably very carefully costed with his customary attention to detail.

They were wrong.
Here is the relevant section from the RNS. Tim got what he asked for! It would have been carefully calculated before submission. There was NO shortfall. Fake news!

AMor15, what was "underwhelming" about it? Tim got what he asked for! He didn't ask for an amount which was refused.

We've just had more excitement in two hours over on SAR than there's been in 10 years on PXS!! The RNS landed at about the same time as my post here this morning.

Can anyone explain to me why so many large trades in the 2.5p area are showing on the live ADVFN level one screen? Are these buys from earlier today showing blue in relation to the current spread or are they the sells following the release of the RNS?

The Company got the amount it applied for. What's the problem?! If they had applied for £1 million and only got 20% then that would be a problem.
Tim has said in black and white that they got the amount requested. Sound fine to me.

You're right. Fruitflow is an amazing product with a host of benefits.

Provexis has lost me money over the years but I am lucky in that my investment with Sareum Holdings has more than compensated for every loser dog of a share I have been involved with on AIM since 2009 There have been plenty!)
Sareum has, to date, made me a great deal of money. This is one of those rare occasions when an AIM share makes many people very rich indeed.
