Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Interesting thread. If I'd stuck at my original investment I'd be around 2700% up here.... but that's gone askew now with the greedy top ups (err, sensible, not greedy).... Average is now 40p, so still by far my winningest winner.
Petropavlosk & Amur minerals taught me that it doesn't matter how good the resources in the ground are if the ground is in the wrong place geographically speaking.... (eventually cut and ran from both).

Anything above 90 for a 28 day month would do me. 100+ would be laughing.
But even at around 90, I don't see why it wouldn't be a record breaking month for us considering the positive BTC price movement in Feb.
Also hoping we can add in a clarification of new Hash rate.
I suck at day trading at the best of times, but trying to sell high and buy back in low here would do nothing for my health.
Neve quite understood selling up on a Friday either, but what do I know..
Regards all,
Long-term Hodling, for Godling' sake!
:-D

@splatted. - actually laughing out loud!
Let's hope he's blessing this one - didn't realise he'd actually called Feb quite well (thanks @Treacle24 for pointing that out).

OK, good.
There's unexpected (/previously unconfirmed) geology which would support the potential presence of more nuggety-natured gold....
But I also doubt this will move the SP much from it's current bargain-basement position, as there is no overt mention of having obviously intercepted gold (as I'm sure the de-rampers will be along to point out).
That's OK for me, for now, as it means I still have time to buy.
It would be great if they could do some digging - get that Masters student doing more than panning sediment from streams! (I jest - I'm actually quite jealous of whoever this is; how could you not enjoy your degree doing this?!).

Don't know about anyone else's opinion, but I'm not sure whether Mr Mir's 'interest' should inspire confidence or concern....
Is he a stock-analysing genius or an evil puppet-master?!
This, I suppose, is one of the issues as Crypto / Block becomes more widely recognised.

I'm not one of the old-school posters here, but I learned a lot from you, and it's nice to see some of you here today.
I pretty much gave up on this BB a couple of months ago as it started to go askew.... I still pop in to read the sensible posts.
Also obviously still in GGP, and have taken advantage of the current lull in SP whenever I could.
Might feel like the good ship GGP is drifting a little at the moment, but when the wind is back in her sails.... some will struggle to catch up. IMHO.

- Do you see the flaws which that statement ^ highlights, in respect to GBP / USD etc?
(& in contrast to your opinion on BTC)?
- I can spot a few....

My thinking on Crypto's at the minute; buy the dips & Hodl - OR - Trade at the highs / take profit in search of the next low, if you want to make an exciting ride even more exciting....
As always - not Financial advice, Just the ramblings of one of Elon Musks hardwired pig-brains.. ..A bullish pig-brain? You bet.
Have a good week all,

Just posted a reply on another thread, but making my own as I like my new catchphrase, and wanted to give a brief overview of how I see things currently;
ARB; buy the dips & Hodl, for Godl sake!
We know the fundamentals of the company are strong;
One of the best mining hash rates in the business (I believe we will confirm our new hash rate this week);
A supply of more mining machines guaranteed with ePIC for the foreseeable future (I'm not aware of another miner that can claim this?);
We are also assisting ePIC in the development of said machines, and can get them built to our spec;
New bespoke facility planned for Texas, already considering green-energy supply and environmental factors;
Strong links with PLUTO - how this plays out, I'm not sure yet, but I presume some sort of Moon - Pluto - Interstellar journey is planned;
News due for mining & Hodl rates - expected this week;
We also Hodl ZCash;
Recently upgraded USA listing (& we expect to be NASDAQ listed as soon as possible);
Big appetite in the states - we're way undervalued in comparison to others in the business;
We are a BlockChain Technology company, not just a crypto miner/Hodler.... (I think this is big);
Argo & Peter W are excellent communicators and have an excellent comms/Social Media team;
We have merchandise available....
Challenges;
Volatility in the crypto markets - people seem to stress on an hour-by-hour / day-to-day basis. Solution; Zoom out & research, look at the bigger picture and the monthly/yearly trends and consider what is currently occurring in the financial markets - currency devaluation, CBDC's & big company's buying-in to BTC payments and massive growth in DEFi services.
"But it uses lots of energy" - Yeah. OK. Some FUD here from the old school? ..Michael Saylor has described 'BTC as as store of energy value' (paraphrasing) - so that's fair.. ..Argo have acknowledged this and have green-energy plans for Texas. Also donated 5% recent cash to environmental charity. I'm pretty sure there are worse sectors for Fossil Fuel use and pollution..
"BTC could be banned" - I'm sure many Governments would prefer just their currency / CBDC over any alternative, but in practice, how can BTC be banned? Many big players have now spent a lot of money buying-in so will, I assume, petition the authorities to work with them. When Gold ownership was prohibited in the States I'm pretty sure people still owned gold.. ..We have satellites.
"But, Quantum computers can crack the BlockChain" - This is a known consideration, with research ongoing for c6years (this is a tech/research intensive field). We are the hackers (or we employ them at least), so don't think every single avenue has not been explored already - DYOR. You think this is less safe than your high street bank?!
Others?

Very much agreed, Manifesto.
ARB has also consistently been one of the most commented Co's on LSE for the past couple of weeks.. ..the fact that half of those comments are naysaying trogs is definitely a positive indicator.
News week next week, too, we think.

Dammit l_b - that was not intentional, but yes!
..over-analysing every keystroke now in case my subconscious starts going all Glee.!
I already started looking at this, then got side-tracked to be honest.
Andy Frangos (Pluto Captain, 'Entrepreneur and Technology Venture Capitalist') company looks interesting;
Pello (formerly Cornhill) Capital;
https://www.pellocapital.com/
It could be interesting to see how his role plays out in Pluto, as I imagine it would be one of (or closely related to) Pello's specialisms..

Cardano (ADA); Mary Shelley upgrade incoming; people buying-in prior to level-up....
It's like a whole new world.
In many ways it is.

Apologies for rail-roading your threat @mEM,
But this triggered something.
[Guilty pleasures - the modern musical]
You were faster to identify (/own up) than I imagined, l_b....
LOL.
Time for an embarrassing film quote?;
"I love you nerds"
Is this the new normal?
:-)
The sooner the tax and LA / Government spending systems are on the BlockChain, and therefore accountable and transparent, the better....
IMHO.

I'm of the opinion that it's just a convenient angle to try to turn the masses off Non-CBDC crypto....
"We'll build our way out of the recession" - No one has questioned the green credentials of this plan, have they?
Another FUD opportunity.

I came here to say what they said ^
I'm having a slow day....
