Dunkerton is no fool he knows that he could easily turn this around. The Revenue is there and all he has to do is close a few of the dead beat stores that are not making money or are in the wrong location or have high rent and overheads and he'll be back to making a profit in no time exactly what Marks and Spencers did and look at them now and M&S are still closing down stores that are not worth keeping.

Dunkerton will see this as a golden opportunity to turn it around and they already have the restructuring team in place plus 30m cash and a load of stock and agreed loans.

I think he can do it with the right investor and can't really see him walking away from it...

29th March is Good Friday Bank Holiday can an announcement be made on a Bank Holiday?

If the Deadline is on the 31st March which falls on Easter weekend then when will Dunkerton have to officially make an announcement if hes to make an offer or not or if he's to ask for a further extension.

Will it be Thursday 28th March before the Bank Holiday weekend?

Or can it be on Good Friday or Easter Monday?

Or will it be the 2nd April as it falls just after the Deadline due to the bank Holiday weekend?

Does anyone have any concrete evidence on this?...
