M&S Has never stopped looking at strategically relocating there high street stores they have been doing this quite well over the years.

Just seems more current now with the news at the moment but their new stores are very well located they have got rid of alot of their dead wood stores that are a nuisance to run with high rent and low sales. Two of their very good locations are Finsbury Park which takes around half a million a week not bad for a small convenience store and Chelmsford retail park which is now one of their top stores across the country they have opened many more food halls and are always looking at new locations as well as revamping their existing good stores.

I think they will have to announce a more attractive dividend moving forward this spring in order to attract more investors which should be in the line of their previous dividends from pre 2019

And Ocado trading update 14th Jan

Well it should be at £4.30 right now but last year the same thing happened and the share price did drop right after trading update and that was their best ever Christmas I don't think its anything to worry about as they have smashed it again this year and have had another good Christmas and have beat their best ever Christmas so should go up on lead up to full year results
