Some of you would be better whacking your money in a FTSE tracker...let someone else do the clever stuff. It's called investing..looking at companies with value and putting your money in. Ben, to me anyone who is the best in their field is right for the job. Age is irrelevent.

BMN could probably do it themselves but bringing this guy on board probably accelerates the process, which obviously improves earning potential faster.
I get brought into projects because of experience. Not because I know more than others, I just have more experince than others to get stuff done quicker. I'm quicker at diagnostics that most and I've seen a lot of the issues before and know how to put it all together. Others could do it, just not as fast. Plus I'm not just a coder, I'm an engineer as well so I have the abilty to pull everything together, not just software.
