That as may be...however, their ability to judge pricing and flatten the market has stopped them getting decent dollar for their stock.

They have held the market up for the last few weeks - clear to see for anyone with RSP L2. As a result they get a lower return, which sums Peel up really. They massively discount placings, because it makes their lives easier so they can get their fees. Then they have misjudged the market to sell their cheapo shares they acquired....IMO.

They could have had another 20pc if they had sold in smaller batches and let them flow into the market, which - if I'm not mistaken is what a MM is supposed to do. Instead they have depressed the SP

They did similar with Avacta, along with not being able to raise money at a minimal discount - Which Richard Hughes has managed on multiple occasions -which is why they are no longer Avacta's broker.

Poor book runner, poor broker - broker of last resort IMO - they are not known as Peel C*n.t for no reason

@johnboy AIM is the murkiest murk you'll find in UK trading. Market makers police themselves...basically do what they want, short positions are cheap, dodgy bucket shop raises....the list goes on and on

If you have an EU passport, as far as I'm aware, you have access to schenzen for whatever time you like, yours being Southern Ireland would qualify.

I have a business in Portugal but I'm still running on the 90 in 180 rule because I need to be in the UK a chunk of the time, and it's generally easy to manage.

However,, that may change next year and I'll probably apply for a visa or see what financial schemes are available at that time. Portugal property is nuts at the minute. There are better offers. Cyprus and Italy have really good tax offerings...it's all about where you'd really prefer to live. My wife would prefer Italy, but Portugal would be an easy jump for us initially....

If MKA does what I hope, we are definitely off :-)

A lot of funds are steering clear as they say that there is lack of clarity regarding governance and because Musk will have majority shareholding

Peel have been pretty aggressive pushing the ask down over the last few days...be interesting to see what that is about

Looks like Peel are holding their ASK and the rest of the MM are having to work in underneath....meanwhile they are bidding for 300k+ at 43p
