The only way Heights would renegotiate the deal is if it had better terms for them, otherwise why would they bother? It's a s.h1.t deal sone by a scientist and the broker allowed it to happen.

It just needs taking care of in cash or paying off, the former being better as it leaves cash in the bank.

Heights won't even entertain talking about it.

When you run multiple companies, not all of them survive....it's just how it is. Opportunities don't always pan out.

If you look at the bidding, it's really poor...in the 14's. Makes you think they have some kind of order at 15 to fill. On the other hand, there are shedloads of MM on the ask...maybe it's just oversold

It's not clear whether he's actually left or has dual roles. Which is bizarre. He was an AS appointment in the first place, but generated nothing. However, that may not have been his fault to be fair. The company obvs had management changes and change in outlook of how & when to do deals.

That crap produced by both brokers is useless. With an MCAP like we have today, no one will care, and if they do, they'll want a massive discount...no different to AIM. BoD won't care - I have more holding than pretty much all of the BoD

Nasdaq needs to be avoided until the SP is at a decent level and the CLN is gone. It seems, here, that you all see it as some kind of saviour. It's not. Yes there is money available but at a massive cost to existing shareholders. Plus the BoD will probably just load themselves up with options and they won't lose, we will...

This NASDAQ fantasy needs to get real. SP needs to be 3/4 quid before they do that or we will get naff all

NASDAQ without being over 1bn is a complete waste of time, wouldn't be taken seriously. Also the CLN needs to be gone before that happens.

Because each MM is effectively trading against the rest. They can offer and ask whatever they like. In a low volume market they can decide that they don't want buy for X, they want to buy for less ecause there is less demand

They may also have an order to fill with a specific VWAP, the lower they get their purchases - the more margin they make. It's also a way for them to flush out the traders and get liquidity, lower the price and the traders bail or get stopped out.

There is no reason why it's dropped, least not one that is publicly known. So, like the other say, its more thank likely is either order filling or a race to the bottom for trades in a low volume market by MM's

If you're using LSE for your buy/sell indicator then you could be well out.

LSE only use midpoint as their marker but that's often out by a mile
