Probably the Market Makers know who is selling and how much is coming. So they will drop their bid, accordingly, to not get caught with their pants down.

They dump every batch of shares that come in. They want their money, and there is nothing wrong with that.

If they were that interested they'd be keeping a big stash, especially now. But they are minimising their risk by converting every equity payment...
