@sleepydave I'm in the same boat. On AIM just because you consider something derisked, that is not always the case. Avacta is a real case of that. The product is ready, but the market decides thats not good enough, they want sales and I'm sure there will be people, when there is sales, saying thats not good enough they want bigger sales & why has AVR6000 not complete trials.
The thing is, if you're here long term, it just stings. if you were here for short term profit(which it doesn't sound like you are, neither am I) then this is a serious Whack!
The thing that really gets my goat is when investors just start lashing out when things aren't going to plan. I write software, nothing goes to plan, no devices ever work like they are specified to.
Its not the company's fault that we invest, its our choice and with that comes the good and the bad. This current situation isn't great but it will sort itself out. If I had this with some other companies, I would be worried, but I'm not with AVACTA. Sure it could go wrong, but I'm as confident as I can be (on AIM) that it will come good. To be fair when the SP was 2quid plus, I was feeling pretty smug, now not so much.
Now its just a waiting game. But in that time, investors shouldn't be turning on eachother. At this time people should reailise that we all have a common goal of earning cash out of our investment. The sooner we all do that, the sooner things will start to get better.
We are allowing others to destroy all of our investments..and thats just plain stupid
