They just diluted YOU ALL AGAIN, for an asset that needs work. It dilutes their story on BM. They don’t need more assets, they need LESS.

CLN is dilution. They hoodwinked on ‘ placing’ which will definitely now be needed for BM to get anywhere near production

Ignore the paid PR, todays news shows the company has NO formal plan, they make it up as they go

The £1.5m isnt made up, its based on what they insured Raglan equipment for and the fact they are starting from scratch so will need more machiney, ops and team.

BUT again, ECR can stop our back and forth by doing whats right and telling the market the initial numbers with a detailed presentation based off those numbers on both Raglan and BM,

Thats a lie- it wont cover G&A let alone produce free cash flow of £1.5m for BM.

Even if it did, it would take 3 years and they are saying BM in 6 momths (not happening)

TS- Raglan is taking up time of a small team, where they could be identifying the right place to produce in BM, doing legal contracts, licences, offtakes, buying equpiment, testing etc

ECR are a tiny company with only so much resource so they need to be focusing it all on the right things, been an issue for the last decade having too many plates

MY ISSUE is all this optimising Raglan takes away time from BM.

if it was genuinely day 1 start and go, then i wouldnt be so negative but they have wasted 3 months on this.

there is no presentation on what area they are targeting at Raglan or BM and I believe they will just keep testing at BM.

BM will need a large capital expediture, so longer Raglan isnt optimised, the more likely they will dilute investors.

Thats the issue, they made Raglan appear to be immediate revenue where in reality, it feels like smoke and mirrors

What is happening at the other assets?

ECR need to issue the market with a key timeline and presentation that they are held to via an RNS and that would shut people like me up as long as they hit the deadlines and will also bring in some anticipation of news, at the moment, retail dont care as there isnt really anything to go on

Two months of testing something, that should already be in production isnt getting the market interested neither is the excuse of a broken ankle!

Yes if they get BM into FULL COMMERCIAL production by Q1 2027, if not, no I believe the price will collapse.

They have ZERO cash, so they need to sell the BTC or raise money

if they cannot get a turnkey operation going, they have no chance at Blue Mountain

There is no way a CEO should be based in Scotland when the operation is in Australia- a leader should have access to the site

He didnt even visit it before buying- thats a very risky and poor decision

Because the goal posts keep changing, from project to project

they are paying third parties that no longer are part of this company

they have previously misled investors

these companies are what give AIM a bad name

they are now trying to steal directorships on more companies

If ECR were to put a strong board in place , Locally with mining experience, they would 2x the price short term, but this company is run by people taking advantage of investors.
