Sellers do not sell a gold producing assets on the cheap, its sold as the LOM is less than 3 years, its been overmined and there are issues onsite

The company should just be clear on what has happened, when they expect FULL production and give some numbers

Until then, its just pathetic that the company keeps saying the same thing and not really given holders the facts

Come on.. its hardly inspiring confidence, Raglan is the most basic mining set up you can get and they still cant get it right!

Wont cover G&A this year, they now have debt costs from CLN and costs from other projects, placing will have to know be in Q3 as they burnt their cash and have no cashflow. They need even more money for BM, which doesnt really feel like a priority anymore

If Maddens is now the one, why not just get rid of all the rest, they jump from one thing to the other

I’ve explained that if Raglan - a much smaller project equipment is valued over $1m with existing processing and infrastructure then Bluemountain will need that and more, plus they are starting from scratch so will need equipment brought in, ordered, put together, tested, all costing money

ECR spends £100-130k a month on G&A, burnt through aload of money on this new pipe dream. End of month they will have less than £600k that won’t carry them through to their existing commitments.

Placing and mass dilution on this new assets regardless of Raglan as Raglan will not even cover G&A and all new expenses

ECR are in a pickle UNLESS they get production numbers out this month

Its a total high risk stock and now the risks are higher, they havent proven Raglan at all, have now burnt their cash pile , have 10 assets to look to develop and need over £1m to even start to think abut BM production

however its cut, the structure of this deal puts shareholders at near on certainty of high dilution in the near and longer term.

There is no way if Raglan was doing serious numbers that the company wouldnt be shouting about it

said this before, spread too thin, with no real focus, chasing dreams and now they are playing the red or black roll dice
