production is producing from a known location on an ongoing CONTINUED BASIS

Nope- its the fact that AIM companies have to raise money, that is why they are listed.

Its the fact that 90% do so at discounted rates

Its a fact that they are very unlikely to be in favour of existing shareholders

Its a fact that specially on ECR its meant poor overal shareprice performance

Its a fact that Nick and Mike both lied previously and said no placings, ramped a certain piece of news and then placed at a 40% discounts

Funny enough for those that want a laugh, look up Mike interview and tweets where he said no placing for ECR, when the price was over 0.45p and then they raised at 0.33p- THE EXACT SAME DISCOUNT AS WHAT PYC WAS DOING

So the fact is, this is the AIM market, these guys that want to steal a company, have no more credibility than the current idiots.

Point being, if you want change, get a proper candidate not ones that have failed doing the same thing!

1. There are paid PR that are economic with the truth

2. The BOD have proven to misled investors

3. Ive added balance and said, no production until april, yet was shouted down, said about tax losses, failed assets txn etc

4. ECR constantly change their party line- Raglan was turnkey, now its strategic

Naive investors are wasting cash at the wrong times in this company

As a shareholder, are you happy they are wasting so much resource and time on an overmined asset that is dead in 3 years, when they promised BM progress 2 years ago,

The shareprice is lower than when they joined the BOD, and they have raised at 20-40% discounts

If they fund teh company at a premium say 0.60 with their own money, well you can see value
