the longer they take with Raglan to start covering G&A the more money is spent from the bank

even if they spent no money £1.3m wont get BM into production and give ECR enough contingency

my point isnt about a fundraise, its about using the kit they have and not pumping raglan too much as its a means to an end

they WILL NOT spend £1m on kit that they have sitting "next door"

Because $7m AUD over 3-4 years doesnt cover £1.3m worth of costs

this $7m doesnt even take away costs of production BTW

How do they cover G&A then? raglan is designed to cover G&A NOT make ECR excess of that

the outgoings are £1.3m a year, Raglan phase 1 doesnt cover that

BM they are saying into production this year (unlikely)

they are spending £100k a month, so cash £1m by next month

say Raglan is in full production and ticks the numbers box by June

ECR will be down to £700k (with other commitments)

its not enough money to get Blue (a much bigger operation with no equipment, staff, infrastructure) in production

HENCE they need to not purchase two loads of staff and equipment on a short term bet!

Unless Raglan LOM be extended to 10 years, it makes no sense to run it beyond BM starting at all

Being funded to achieve what they want is one thing

being funded to accelerate and progress is another

They are fine for funds, IF THEY HAVE no intention on getting Blue mountain into production which will cost £500k plus on equipment alone

THIS IS why it makes sense to run Raglan until BM is approved, then move all equipment over and sunset Raglan

This would likely then mean NO funding is requirment BUT they wont say this as they dont want to discredit this Raglan operation plus then if BM isnt happening, then can just talk up how Raglan is so wonderful

Ive said all along Raglan is a stop gap- it should be the focus, BM should, it would more than 2-3 times Raglan output based on what the market has been told. so why wouldnt you do that!

$7m is an estimate- it could be $5 m or $50m (unlikely given that its a well mined area)

I dont like ECR trying to push these numbers as there isnt any real basis for it. They have no resource reports, its just dirt, dig, and sort. so the number could be anything

Best for them to start telling the market the grades and loads they are currently getting (why arent they) then people can start saying well based on x we can assume y

at the moment its all guess work

I dont know why they are talking up the equipment but not the product

balance is whats required, i always say the best investors look for what the company isnt saying than what it is.
