Their own broker states g&a is £90k a month, they had £1.3m start of year, £500k already gone on G&A. £800k left £400k on these acquisitions +fees , £400K LEFT, thats 4 months money! ie they need to raise in Q3! They dont have any money to buy equipment for BM and raglan will not cover G&A this year as it goes through its phase 1 blah blah blah

Raglan is tiny, if Maddens is so fruitful, why waste so much time, resource, money on a tiny operation and not really go "ALL IN"

Said this before about BM, but then they de-prioritise this- the thing that people arent getting is they simply havent executed on a plan, a timetable that is flaky via interviews

I wont go into the tax debacle, but at no point have they actually explained how it all works, as an operation has to be generating x amount over a certain time before the losses can even be enforced, they never said what happened to the other 5-6 people in the data room, did they get locked in a room and they forgot as they went chasing a BTC DREAM

The flaky approach, the fact that nothing is really in an RNS and that they brush over issues that are known to be impacting timescales, shouldnt be giving holder confidence that they will then deliver

I think its a reasonable suggestion that BM is no longer the priority and they are putting more eggs into Maddens

The other assets are clearly being shelved as they arent even spoken about or progress has grounded to a halt.

ECR by June will have less than £650k in their account.... someone tell me how they will generate £1m + to pay for BM equipment and no Raglan doesnt cover G&A int BM production

so raglan equpiment is over £1m and they need the same for BM......

PLACING next Quarter is now on the cards, alongside the CLN and delays in production, its really not a good look.

The issue now is how do they generate the news to get the price up....

or does it get to 0.30-0.35 again and then raise at 0.25

Modelling was done at 5000 PG its now 4400, payback is now over 18months with LOM 36-48 months and the companies broker said company cash would be 500k by september, BEFORE MADDENS spend of £500k so right about now, without RAGLAN producing over £100k a month, ECR run out of money next quarter

they have 4-6 weeks to pull something out the hat here and they know it

Myabe Nick got his J months wrong, yet people think BM is going into production in 2026 where there is no infrastructure, permits, equipment, staff or location they will initially produce from

$7m is not the number as that was based on high POG. The companies overheads will be more with more assets now,

$7m AUD is £3.7m - that wont cover G&A given its £1.1-1,25m per year

anyway- phase 1 or phase 2 or phase 8 who cares, at moment, they have zero numbers to prove any of us right or wrong
