It’s a total nonsense number!

Owning a rig and having to employ crew separately, there isn’t a $4m saving there

Yes they saved time but if Tai is now a success they have boxed themselves in a corner

As they should appraise Tai immediately but now committed to a second drill , which could be a success or could be a dud.

However, if Tai is a dud then they have another well but it’s not a financial decision, it’s a hedging decision imo

Anyway, is what it is, I just don’t trust the numbers especially having known what the company has put us all through in the past against what they originally said.

Ie raising money to pretend to drill in Wet season lol

As we won’t be appraising the well straight after on Tai and we own the rig, the savings will likely be a reduction of rate on crew which would save less than £200k

We would still have transport cost etc, that saving is a red herring to attract placing money

This is where Lorna could have given us a breakdown of the cost of $6m for this second drill and the cost savings, but she hasn’t as those numbers are made up!

For the record this is why I’ve become a little agitated with the board, they raised money, haven’t given us a true line of communication on this and just brushed it under the table

We have our two best prospects being drilled back to back! On success case this will provide multiple in returns

Hopefully NHE sentiment will also help!

I’m not relying on the companies PR to build sentiment, I think the drill results are doing to do the talking here

Within two weeks of drillings, general leaks will appear.

Eyes down for that , before then fast money will pump this higher and that’s the opportunity to exit if you don’t want any risk on the drill bit itself

Let’s just get a safe and successful well drilled at TAI and then see what they do.

Given Lorna and the boards previous involvement in the shambles of 2021 (let’s not forget Lorna and everyone else (pretty much) was involved in the decision making) let’s just get one well delivered without any BS.

It so 20p plus, if not price half’s and then it’s a high risk play on our second most valuable prospect, where is haven’t really been given too much information on. Success there. It’s prob 10p but then wait on appraisal etc

Without an appraisal well at either site, no major is getting involved so we need that done!

Long way to go yet and most of us won’t be seeing any of this through past a week before Tai results

Roll the dice on the well result based on second drill but not something that anyone should be rolling their livelihood on!

The closer it gets to results the more binary this gets!

I’ve been super positive on this until Lorna screwed up momentum! Im now a little more cautious but if the geology comes through, then this is a huge winner

Either way, come results the price will be higher and that’s what I’m betting on!

Let’s see whether HE1 delivers on either well and if TAI comes in (our best prospect) what they decide to do, personally I’d prefer them to appraise it in order to get a major involved straight away (if commercials quantities are there) as that will be quickest route to production

Anyway! Spud soon! Then it’s all on the drill!

i know your trading the placing and whatever but facts are lorna isnt communicating some of the basics here, and for that i think she owes it to holders that have been here since at least Mitchins last mess up

she said that they will update us on LLI and rig crew, unless i missed this, she hasnt and on that basis, i can only assume we arent near spud as we cannot do that without them and the longer that goes on the higher risk is the second drill

now i think we are likely to only hear direct news from Lorna (no pr) throughout the drill, due to the past

BUT i do think a leak will happen as this company is a joke when it comes to insider info

still not happy on this front from the company, as once we know LLI and crew are all on site, the only thing is then the spud date!!

i dont like that she says that they will keep the market informed of these things and then doesnt, she is getting a bit lucky on the fact that this is HE and not O&G as if it was a O&G drill then the market wouldnt be as forgiving imo

HE market is so tight it needs another source, and there isnt any other prospect like HE1 on AIM, its the only thing saving lorna at the moment.

Presentation wasnt even posted on their social media, and teh timeframes of the placing was all out of wack on that!

we are so close and i dont want minute by minute updates but a quick confirmation of LLI and crew would be as basis a tweet as one would expect at this stage!

Was 500k from Primary bid, doesnt really matter how its split amongst investors, lets just assume all of it gets flipped, its like two days sell side volume, so it isnt a big thing

the bigger placing- well there has been over 170m shares traded already since the placing, plus the ones that were short and just matched off there forward sells with placing stock

by this time next week the placing would have washed through, and we will be in drilling operation mode

crazy talk of £1 as if people are going by the presentation, no appraisal will be done this year, so we wont know for sure until then what the true size of any prize is etc, then third party involvements and all the other nonsense

so lets just stick to on success of a "find" this will be much higher than it is now, but then we will likely drift after the second drill as we will, according to some on here, have to wait until May next year to do an appraisal well on either or both projects

the short term upside is helium shows/find and then its just a gamble of how much is actually there and whether they can get it producing... lots of headwinds after this drill, ultimately 80% + of people are trading this for drills and the ultimate outcome is neither here or there really

All those flippers that couldnt settle are now gone and the other placees have paid for their stock, so i assume see a bit more value than 6.6p to sell

we have at least a week before spud, then 2 week drill, 2 week testing

3 weeks before you really need to de-risk imo

at that point we have NHE starting and before testing I'm assuming a market spike to either allow people out before bad news or insiders buying

either way, we know HE1 is a very very leaky ship (just look at the selling pre placement and initial bad rig news) therefore keep checking the volumes and price action and keep a level head for risk!

double digits pre testing results - strike its 20p+ duster its halves but then we have the next drill which is likely to have less overhang but carry more uncertainity but still get some action in volumes so prob get 7p again pre spud

either way buying here, one way or another is a good bet however you play all the odds, just probably dont want to be fully in IF the first well is duster and second well goes to testing!

until then so much to play for and much more upside than downside (as long as no operational issues with rig!)

Ok- not sure why you jumped on this but i think the plan will change dramatically if Tai is a success, yes.

Lets debate after the drill in this case! (should it be successful, if its not, then Itumbula is where the rig will end up subject to timing and weather!)

they are using one rig not two, so the rig will be doing the appraisal in a success case imo

they will know this within 30days of spud, so wont move the rig until these results

they have previously stated they have planned for a success case therefore, in that case, they can move straight into appraisal drilling and if not then onto the second well without delay they go whilst they then interpret the data

We dont own a crew, so if we lease the rig out the exploration company will need to find a crew themselves.

I think if we are succesful at Tai, we will go straight into appraisal before wet season IF not we drill the follow on drill and if that is successful, suppose they plan to revisit in May next year once wet season has past and maybe we can drill another prospect after that one etc

all guess work, lets just hope they get at least one successful well, pricing will be higher and then they have loads of optionality

main thing is to get as much out of tai on time , as that opens up the decision tree,

notwithstanding we have NHE next door, so much could happen here, its hard to guess

Looks like the price is now free to move ie worked sell orders are limited and the price will move with the normal buys and sells

still believe spud will be closer to W/C 25th, as they need to ensure drill are prep and everything is on site and in place

they cannot afford any delays either as the second well needs to be started asap, any delays and that doesn't happen, which they need to happen if TAI is unsuccessful and if Tai is a success well the second drill wont happen this year as they will need to run appraisel etc anc wouldnt make sense to de-mob etc etc

hoping for a safe and timely drill here, as gives us optionality on whatever the result is!

I believe that is the larger overhang at these levels gone!

Tomorrow will be telling if that’s true or not as the’ can’t pay crowd’ only have tomorrow’s session to sell

Next week we should be back to a reasonable level without overhang!

Let’s just hope we get a good wind behind us now as the last 6 weeks has been testing (again) as we lost momentum that was built when the rig was announced
