Its bottomed out here, pre drill results there is now more upside than downside, the only flippers are those that cannot settle by friday now and they are getting flushed through

i expect most of the 5% money has been churned, the flippers that go on leverage that cannot settle have until tomorrow to sell, as settlement is friday

then primary bid is neither here nor there as most of those people are likely to have either averaged down in placing or the average PB order is less than £20k so its not big overhang and likely just traded alongside normal volumes

therefore come Monday, we should have a square book and buy volume should see this move up, hopefully awakening Lorna to talk to investors about potential spud date from Monday onwards

Long lead items should be onsite now, as should all of the drill team

i suspect this time next week, we will be in the 7's without news and in the 8's with positive updates (consistent

shocking that is how low we will be pre spud given the size of the prize here but those are the cards we have been dealt

The placing shares have in the main already been flipped in the market - these shares would be held with the brokers that fed into the book runners

the only other overhang will be the primary bid shares and they will be tradeable from friday, probably more likely monday but in all fairness, £500k is like two days volume so this isnt so much of an issue

the bigger issue is the complete lack of anything from the company on this second drill- like how long is the drilling time, expected time to demob and remob, civil work etc etc

Lorna is playing a very dangerous game here as she has killed the first drill momentum. due to spud in two week or c8 working days, so we need the second drill momentum to keep people interested and in the game

maybe people should be emailing her directly and seeing what the PR play is here as its abysmal as we speak

ultimately the geology will play out here and we either hit or we dont, but would be alot nicer to get some excitement going outside of proactive ffs

Needs to massively up its game here, proactive interviews arent good enough anymore, we need some active twitter accounts, multiple news outlets and some proper interest

The market absorbed around 1/5 of the placing today, so within a week, if volumes maintain, we would have churned the flippers

In order for that to happen, we need good PR and newsflow

Lorna doesnt have a great track record of delivering PR, hope she has learnt here lesson of the disaster that was the investor presentation.

We move forward now and although I was expecting 15p on spud, Id certainly believe we could get back to 10p on spud given we now have a follow on drill.

50% upside from here pre drilling results, we know that we will get some HE shows, so Id expect that to push us to 15-20p and then its gambling on the actual results, which wont be know until 7-8 weeks time- plenty of time to manage your own risk

I said they cannot raise money without approval, given they are a BVI listed company, i didnt even think they would use a CASH BOX otherwise i would have offered it up as an option

this raise is for the new well, working capital and licences PLUS some money will likely be used on a success case for appraisal drilling

new well likely cost £3m- as you have civils, materials, rig maintenance (fuel) long lead items, (maybe thats why they delayed to buy these ones aswell) and transfer of rig from one site to the other and crew etc etc

They have used a loophole called a Cash box. this is used when companies have no headroom or authority to issue shares

they set up a moody jersey shell company, raise the money in that company and then HE1 buys it for £1 and keeps the cash, its totally a loop hole

SO the fact remains, they dont have any headroom and have fount a way to get money to drill a second well

The shareprice performance hasnt been down to a large seller, its been down to insiders selling and shorting the stock

maybe we get a relief bounce as all shorts will close, NOBODY will be short on this drill, and we have a second drill to follow straight after
