its a joke to think they will open this well up when they cant even drill further without issues let alone grab any free flowing helium!

2-3 Weeks to get the parts in the country - thats 2nd week in december, then they have to actually fix the rig (without any more issues)

these amounts dont allow them to re-enter TAI- they are playing a numbers game here and its dangerous

i said when they raised before they made a big error by lying that raising them saved $4m in cost- it didnt they havent proved it

but what they have now told us is that this well is $8m after rain season- they dont have the money!!

notwithstanding the cost of maintaining this rig and fixing it all, its now becoming a burden not an asset! imagine if they lease this out in its current state of breakdown, it would affect their own drilling campaigns in delays and cost!!

so the former location and drilling was a lie- no drill pad was even started, now they have to build a new drill pad and pretend to cement in the rain- no wonder there was been any PR, the ITUMBULA prospect was just to raise money to pay the bills- they arent drilling it this year as they havent even started the works, it took them 6 weeks before to get a camp and crew on site

This company is full of spin, I now believe DM was set up by these very people.

LB was part of the first drill disaster feeding DM information that was quite frankly lies, DM spun it up and sold it to the market only to have egg on his face

They are trying to protect their jobs and keep this dream alive

The second drill they still won’t admit defeat on as they have blown all your money hence they want an AGM to get more.

I appreciate your efforts but having spoken to DM in the past and around his sacking, I think you will find your wrong on LB and DM falling out. It’s quite the opposite

IS and DM fell out, if this was the new strategy or strategy doing forward LB would have to inform the market, given all the marketing materials, I don’t think it was but maybe if TAI is a dud your therory becomes a a reality

At the moment the market cares about TAI nothings else

Regardless if it’s a success it’s 10p plus a raise, if its failure it’s 2p and a substantial raise

Roll them dice’s first then get to the next asset as this outcome will determine what the ‘strategy actually is’

If they dont drill the second well pre x-mas ( which they wont)

they have already told the market that they would have saved $4m by drilling back to back- having raised $6m supposidely for the second well- they have told the market that that well cost without drilling back to back is over $7m , therefore wth all of the overruns and the fact they have less than $5m with running costs, its pretty obvious they need to raise again for any further drilling

their burn rate is so high, they literally are burning the second drill money as we speak

they need a hit with TAI or they are raising at a level that they wont get the money they need as they are limited to x amount of shares!

its a big problem for this company IF they dont hit

if they hit and its commercial - TWO big differences- they they will raise above 10o and the market will forgive them to some degree for playing high stake poker

so if you continue to trust someone that cannot give you hard facts (which is their job) dont be surprised to be burnt

lorna previously said that TAI is a pure helium play and one of the only ones in the world, so why we now suggesting they fount other resources

Are irrelevant as they are until June 2023 and are months behind. They would have burnt half the money if not more by now. Which was to be expected anyway so not worries there

Good that they got the string out but the issue is they aren’t testing the TD anyway as they didn’t make it! They only drilled 3m and CALLED it TD but we all know this isn’t the main sector they were aiming for, now they are slightly short again!

All seems like they are setting up for a ‘we couldn’t get a true sample and are encouraged by what we found on the way down, we will be back next year to drill again!!’

The series of delays and issues, then being shorted and all this stop starting and now excuses of rig issues are a show to delay a drill that was never happening
