Itumbula we have no idea on the cost to drill, why havent they told us this? we have no idea on the geology, the drill depth, the location, the camp site etc etc

all drilling crew are third parties so what happens if they dont come back?

Each well is costing them $6-10m even now when they own their own frigging rig

They said that they save $4m (in the rns) to drill itumbula straight after TAI

They also raised $6m for itumbulba drill

so as the drill wont happen, they will have to start again, including sourcing crew, camps etc etc

so there you go!

HE1 don’t need to raise until the AGM gives them approval. First they will tell the market they won’t be drilling (insert excuse here)

Then they have 5-6months of nothing going on, so I’d say Jan a raise will likely happen.

Problem is everyone knows they need cash and everyone knows that as this well isn’t being drill that it will costs them $8m to drill Itumbula

So as they have burnt most of the July money- they need the price higher or they won’t have enough to drill again but they have no good news to get the price higher so will they need to raise two amounts before the next drill?

300m shares at 2p is only £6m - not enough to drill one well let alone go back to TAI.

This is why the risk here is no longer worth it as the company communication is awful and the numbers are stacking up!

the company has spent 6 years and 50 million to be worth 27m and still have not progressed the assets they have

its just another AIM company that are prepared to burn through millions of other peoples money chasing pipe dreams

as retail investors, we need to ride the wave at the optimal time, thats the only way you make money

AIM isnt here to make US money- its here to take our money to create liquidity events for companies to take advantage

the only people defending this company are those so deep they NEED it to work out

i admit i didnt see them using a cash box to screw shareholders with the promose of a drill that could never happen

BUT i was honest enough to have made a call to jump ship when the rules of the game changed

the issue now is the geology at Tai has changed, they cant get it out the ground. therefore the risk/reward now is too far

you are all much better off letting this die off until they drill next year- im sure at some point there will be a place to ramp, it just isnt now

the company DOES NOT CARE about shareholders, if they did they would have respected their wishes by not raising! they dont care that they will dilute everyone, as it doesnt affect them in the slightest- they hold less than £50k between them but have millions of free options

Lorna has failed twice on the biggest bit of all of this- THE GEOLOGY!

SHE has no idea how AIM works and the promotion and liquidity needed and she doenst care as the price to her is not relevant

I’d suggest this is complete gamble and Lorna hasn’t really a script big enough to read how they are ponying up shareholders money.

You can drill in the rain but Rukwa transportation and movement of 60+ people is going to cause health and safety issues, not withstanding that they have to do something with 56 tonnes of machinery after- they can’t just leave it there, so logistically given the ‘size’ and ‘scale’ of the prospect (Lorna words) I’d think heavy rains won’t allow them to get what they want done

But if Lorna comes out tomorrow with a factual informative explanation on all the logistics, the prospect, funding and the rig issues, then maybe people can debate something else

This is the doing of the company- not the BB!
