I think they don't want more than 4 operations at once. I recall elsewhere that they want to really focus on a limited number of high quality businesses and don't want to get spread too thin.

I don't know too much about these crowdfunding avenues. I only invest in TEK. I still think it is the best value way to get into TEK. I see the Tekcapital share price as still materially undervalued. Simple arithmetic will tell you that. I tend to think that grouping all these investments into 1 investment trust seems to create a discount where It should be the other way around. The TEK model provide added value in that the TEK board can provide valuable oversight and network for the subsidiary companies. Also, when one company gets into trouble the others can compensate. So stability in numbers.

Also, missed is the research network that TEK maintains. It is not just the 4 companies on there own which should be added together but TEKs amazing network of new research ideas and services that it provides to universities.

I bet the next patent that they commercialise will be amazing. This is the first time they have done this, so they will have learnt from there mistakes and will know what to do better next time. They have also had a long time to choose the next venture.

TopCatz, yes and i suspect their may be capacity issues initially. Start with 800 and see how it goes. Always easier to scale up after initial trial period.

I don't know what the profit margins are, but they will improve with time and scale. Walmart have over 4400 stores in the US. Thus if the initial rollout goes well, easy to expand past the existing 800 distribution.

It also seems to me that Walmart have a lot of ready meals products. It is good that they have a strong relationship so they can start to look at lowering their salt component. Obviously, stocking the crisps bags is less of a commitment, than completely reworking your ready meals so it is natural it should take longer. But i think we are on the right track.

I think they look great though. I would buy the potato chips if they were available.

If you don't want to get diluted then don't invest in start ups.

This is quite a typical pattern with TEK. The SP does well on the back of good news, everyone gets excited. Then we move into this phase where we don't get any new news for a while and people get disappointed/nervous. I personally don't try and trade this stock because the transaction costs are too high, and i am never sure when the big news will drop and when the big move comes it could move very sharply.

This stock is not massively correlated with the wider market, at least historically. You also have to bear in mind that the wider market is overvalued by many metrics, while TEK is still considerably undervalued in my opinion. Risk aversion can always have an impact, but the good stocks quickly recover.

The SP has held steady as the wider market has sold off. That is pretty positive in my view.

I think these timelines are more a guide than cast iron guarantee.

The race to have the greatest epa is real. Lucid have overtaken tesla at 520 miles. Every marginal gain is important, which could put Guident's shock aborbers seriously in play.

I thought the key breakthrough was gaining widespread physical retail store adoption. I think the product is appealing and will stand on its own 2 feet. My expectations are pretty high for Lucyd now.

On what to do when it reaches 50p, it really depends on the news hit before then. Having said that the dramatic progress of Lucyd has already made the $20million valuation irrelevant. It seems that if it can already get into 50 stores, it can spread exponentially given the quality of the product.
