That is the thing when you have a stock which goes up x10 or more, it becomes such a large part of your portfolio that you really need to rebalance, even if you are very positive.

I think one reason they don't go into massive detail on the figures is because they are a small company and it is costly to do so.

Yes, i think Salarius are somewhat overdue by what Cliff guided a couple of months ago. Difficult to really know what is going on behind the scenes though. So far it seems most of the value is being driven by Lucyd and Belluscura. I don't know how much Salarius and Guident are being valued into the SP yet. I see that as more of an opportunity than a risk in terms of converting Balance Sheet value to actual revenues.

Yes, dilution shouldn't matter theoretically. You have a smaller share of the company, but the added cash raised means the company is worth more. Obviously, that isn't quite true if the company raises cash below the SP.

It seems to me that most of the value in the TEK SP is based on Bell and Lucyd. Implies that it should be very receptive to breakthroughs from Salarius or Guident. Guident is the one which i am most intrigued by. On the books it is the most valuable, but i feel that a lot of investors can't really get their head around what they might bring.

I actually see the quality of the chatboard as a market indicator. When the idiots arrive it might be a sign to be more defensive.

I think that generating these completed successes, Bell and now Lucyd should give some credit to the TEK management and give confidence for the next ventures to be valued more fully.

When people talk on here about their price targets, i have a different perception. My view is informed by where the market cap sits in relation to the NAV. At some point in time we should be on the part of the distribution where market cap is way above the NAV but we are not there yet.

Then it will indicate hysteria has arrived and it might be time to sell.

You have to really look to find TEK. Now that it gains market cap it is getting more coverage, lower spreads etc. Should also be getting more analyst coverage and institutional interest.

I always feel that too many investors get discouraged by price action and don't pay enough attention to the underlying business.
Stocks which are badly mispriced will often reprice very dramatically, but you never really know when it is going to happen. You just have to invest knowing that a lot of the time it might be that nothing much happens.

It is saying we should go up to 28 in a few weeks.

Personally i always saw 21 as the key level. Need to go through and stay above that level. Having said that it is news driven still. If we get good news we will go up and if bad news then it will slide back into the 10-20 range.

I think a lot of good news is almost inevitable though. Belluscura there isn't much doubt. Lucyd look like they are on course now too.

Microsalt and Guidant have still to show. But the financial reports in August will definitely show a big ramp up in NAV which will get good publicity.
It should over time retrace back to the old high around 50. That should act as a magnet.

In some sense the market is still not woken up to TEK. SP is going up but so is the underlying business, so it is still trailing fair value by a long way.

I think it hit 21p before. Don't recall going above that though.

I think we have a long way to go on the shock absorber's. It depends a lot on the competition and how easy it is to replicate the product. I don't know enough about that marketplace though. I don't know how many other shock absorber's they are testing.

Generally speaking though, it could easily see a company like this having a market cap in the hundreds of milliions (>£200/300 million) and not the current £23 million.

We have seen a few takeovers of UK companies. The pound is cheap which puts such companies in play.
