The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
Expecting a push to 32p later and then 35p rise tomorrow morning.
This must be the week, it has to be, someone has to know something.
That opening was so obvious, shake it, make them panic sell and then send it up to 29p.
Ole, Klopp and Pep might be out of a job by Monday, smartest thing they could do at 8am tomorrow is invest in EUA.
The feeling for the shorters when the big RNS comes:
https://youtu.be/HA8D3btflj0?t=839
Have a feeling those who sold throughout the day (24/25p) have subsequently bought back because they realised the price isn't going to fall back today.
Like I said yesterday, I had a feeling things would start moving rapidly like they did before suspension, even if there is no RNS on Monday, have a feeling the anticipation of a mid-week one will send it over 30p.
I went to pick it up Romek but the whole car was burnt when I got there.
I smell something burning, but it's okay, let it burn...
24 on the ask, this afternoon should be fun.
dazaliam your sentance structure and choice of words gives your whole agenda away, your posts will fade into the background because no one gives two $hits.
Parsley, you've changed your tune, don't think LTH forgot when you were heavily deramping here a few months ago:
"You do know this is an AIM listing. PIs are fodder to keep the company lights on and BOD mortgages paid. Anyone who is keeping everything in here is exposed to an extremely expensive and certainly hard life lesson on AIM markets. ATB."
"Company been up for sale, over a year. Just got out of "suspension" ( doubt most yuo understand why it went into suspension, dies not have assets (not interested in posters opinions of what an asset is), is AIM listed so not so regulated."
"These people that keep saying they haven't sold any but "have doubled their profits". All you have is a paper profit, and from last few days a diminishing one.
Thanks for still holding your shares though, as all last week I borrowed yours and other to sell on, which I may be able to do all the way down to the 15's, then buy back in again ;-)"
What happened, did you finally close your short?
Just another individual in the list of individuals on here and ADVFN who deramp when they want to go short/trade the stock, then when they close the short, they start being supportive of the stock and holders.
dazaliam might be joining that list soon but only time will tell.
Could be jonesrichard trying a round 2 here after his first attempt a while ago, I'm guessing he sold out at a loss yet again lol.
Can't see anything below £3 billion/£1 a share at this point, when you do the maths of the resources available, the demand for them and current market prices, many have shown the calculations here the numbers are mind blowing.
There is obviously a risk factor in there but a lot of the valuations have factored those in and they still bring a large valuation to the table.
Then factor in: "This strategic decision was the culmination of many years of hard work by our team in realising the value in our projects.".
There has been a lot of years of hard work to get to this point, it makes no sense for the BOD to hold out for anything that doesn't at least represent 5-10% of realistic future values of the asset with risk factored in.
Before we returned to trading, I was in the 75p, after trading resumed, the £1 train, but after the brilliant research done by a lot of members here, seeing the culmination and stragegic moves by the BOD and with UBS and DLA Piper involved, my mind is fully set on £1.50 a share.
The quality of deramping is getting so bad now, don't you guys get it, we've seen through the games of shorters and traders.
The game is over, the LTH holders have won, now it's just about the final formalities.
I agree I got a feeling we might get similar trading activity that we got prior to suspension.
Signs of a subtle deramp/trader, part 246.
"Good luck to you all especially LTH as you guys seem to have suffered the most. Not involved in this one, however, have a few companies in the same industry within my PF and we wish the best for all invested in the industry!"
- Wishes you luck and sympthasizes and relates to you before he fires shots.
"i'd rather people looked at it from both sides and not just emotionally as current holders and maybe risk loosing even more money which will affect your mental state"
- Claims to be presenting both sides of the argument and trying to protect investors.
Especially when some existing holders may get to the point during the early opening of the market and they could have sold/broke even from previous losses if the SP moves north a bit with day traders and sharks in the early morning activity due to the RNS!
- Advises you with a strategy that most traders would implement (sell in the morning first thing)
"Firstly, that the RNS doesn't state the sale has been finalised, nor has it advised it has even received offers. The company was always in an offer period the minute they put themselves up for sale months back. It's very misleading for current SH upon reading and a little bit savvy of the BOD to try and make it look like it has received 'offers' and looking through them to force the hand of any potential buyer that's sitting on the side lines. It simply states that they have appointed some professional advisers to assist through the sale process (in the hope they get a sale when and if that happens"
Misleading only if you haven't kept up to date with official communication from the company, how they usually present their RNS communication (subtle hints), and as he has communicated, doesn't know much about the company, so why are you coming on here pretending to be the all seeing eye. Discussions about disposals of assets and or sale of the company has been building up for a while, the whole idea was for Eurasia to scale up, obtain the licences and provide due dilliglence of what was in the ground and that's where we have built up to today, hence seeing the progression from early talks with the Chinese banks, to a suspension, to a formal sale process starting with UBS, to instutional investors at market price and now with the RNS you saw today.
Secondly, why would you restructure a board to focus on a sale process? That tells me they have nothing lined up and are actively seeking a new purchaser hence, trying to throw bodies at it to get a sale.
- Once again, you said yourself you don't know well about the company, if you did, you would have realised we have a deal in place with Sinosteel and a healthy bank balance following the placing, in the long run if there wasn't a sale, shareholders would be profiting massively.
" I hope i'm wrong in all of what I've wrote, but, I've seen all this before and watched people lose their live savings."
Why do you care about other people'
Shorts will be defo be closing tomorrow.
'recently DLA Piper on the legal side to work with the Company through the sale process.'
We're close baby.
The real question is why does the EUA twitter account get restricted?
