The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Everyone has their own strategy, my biggest issue is with those who sold out and then start to deramp to get back in, or those who were openly short, posted negative information then a few weeks later pop up as 'investors' who are in it for the sale.
Gonna miss you all when this journey is over, I'll even miss the derampers and shorters because it was fun to prove them wrong at every stage.
Looks like we are on the home stretch, let's bring it home!
Wouldn't be surprised Onassis, there seems to be more coordinated 'attacks' on here, ADVFN and on Twitter. Let's enjoy watching them burn, again.
Aubery, maybe I should find a new name and we should call you cluelessinvestor now, would suit you well.
Have you guys noticed a change in behavior, between the time the FSP started until DLA Piper were appointed it was all "the FSP is will fall through, no sale here" etc.
Now a lot of the negative posts seem to be "company will only sell for 20-30p".
They went from discrediting the sale process, to now starting to accept something is about to happen, but instead the energy they are now coming with is the price will be so low.
It's hilarious to watch, they tried before suspension, they tried during suspension, they are still trying after suspension and now they are about to get clapped in the face when the sale price comes. £1+ is coming, hold tight people.
I would ignore Frances, probably just attempting a quick trade before coming back in, a few LTHs on Twitter and on ADVFN have changed their views in a few weeks, one of them sold out and said NCYT is the future, then once NCYT dropped to £7 he sold out at a loss and returned to posting news about EUA on Twitter.
Seen it so many times before, it's basically the lull before the big news, when news is not far away they try to frustrate holders and get them to give away their shares whilst filling big buys, then when news drops they are rushing to get back in.
Unfortunately that won't be possible this time, if you are out, unlucky.
How I read the RNS:
"Eurasia Mining plc notes the recent significant rise in the Company's share price." - The company 'notes' the rise, a lot of other companies have posted "know no reason for the rise"
"There have been no new developments requiring formal notification beyond those included in the Company's announcement of interim results on 30 September 2020." - 'no new developments' 'requiring' 'formal notification' - we see the share price is rising but the deal RNS is not ready to be formality notified to the market yet, key thing being developments that require formal notification.
"beyond those included in the Company's announcement of interim results on 30 September 2020" - however, we are still working hard with DLA Piper to finalize a deal that will be beneifical for all shareholders as we mentioned in the Interim Report.
More chance of Fulham winning the Premier League than Scott being happy.
I think RMR hit the nail on the head:
"All conjecture, but IMO the reason we cannot break through the 30p region presently is because 'we' have decided that is where it should be, there are enough sells from frustrated investors to satisfy the demand out there"
Pretty sure now that there must be a lot of people who just trading the stock daily and having their main bulk ready for the sale, I remember a little while ago someone posted in here saying he had a large holding but was also trading amounts between £10-20k daily because it was easy money.
It's a bit frustrating, it's become this cycle of people selling because they don't expect the sale news to drop anytime soon and it becomes a rinse and repeat. But what can you do? People have their own strategies, in hindsight there is always opportunties to sell and re-buy lower but imagine the feeling if you were out when the RNS dropped?
Large selling is more than likely due to LTH's requiring cash or de-risking slightly more as we saw with Phil Taylor.
Some of today big ones,
10/11/20 16:44 289,910 28.80 28.00 28.50 £83,494.08 Buy
10/11/20 10:39 250,000 27.91 27.00 28.00 £69,777.75 Buy
10/11/20 10:53 247,796 27.84 27.00 27.50 £68,986.41 Buy
You say every large trade is often screamingly obviously a sell, but is it? All you have to do is look at the bid and ask prices, and then see the transaction price and it's quite clear that they were buys.
No reason to be unsettled.
"Hi all, I sold 2 mil shares yesterday, RNS shortly. I could have chosen a better day and got the timing right but I was waiting as long as I could, however some financial commitments are pressing... I move house next week, thank you EUA! I may disappear from the 1% club soon as more things are coming up but I have no regrets even though I’m giving away shares that will be worth so much more soon. I’m happy with what EUA has made me rather than thinking what more I could gain. I still have 29mil shares and the vast majority of those will stay for the rest of the ride. I’ve been here for years so another few days weeks or even a few months won’t matter. Good luck everyone holding and let’s hope we get the long awaited sale news very soon."
He posted this on ADVFN and still owns so many shares it's unreal, and he states he doesn't know anymore than the rest of us.
Are you really going to nitpick the fact that I said tons?
Tons is obviously relative to recent trades over the last week, and I count 6.
10p isn't going to happen, that's the difference, where as 40p will be passed regardless whether it's before a sale or after a sale is announced.
You really need to understand what ramping is first.
Tons of them.

Same cycle just repeats itself, weak investors were basically robbed of their shares over the last week and now will probably be trying to get back in.
Happens on every single share, but some people will never learn.
Yeah, pickednuts is a real gem over there, interesting to see where he takes his chancer mentality next, maybe UFO or GGP, hope he gets caught out with a open short and gets burned here though.
I mean if they want to take the chance and gamble, I have no problem but when you spread false information and spout negativity on EUA for your own gain that's where I get ticked off.
Mac, one came out on the other board, claimed he was Scoobieless and FreddieJones here for a few weeks, over there they change their opinions based on whether they've opened their self-proclaimed short.
Was obvious what they've been doing for a while, I remember seeing RNSman state that he opened his short and saying the FSP was falling through, now he claims to have closed his short and has inside knowledge that the deal is coming next week.
It's pretty simple:
- There is no news yet, people on AIM are rainbow chasers and can't bear any period of time without news.
- The markets are fearful.
- A lot of inexperienced people don't think of the long game and only try for daily wins.
Anyone invested here with full confidence in the sale should really just ignore what is going on with the price, we had this last time when the price was walked down from 28p to 15p before the rise to 38p. This is just how the market is, if people want to sell, the price will go down, but at the end of the day they will be kicking themselves when the RNS "Recommended Cash Offer" comes through.
If you are worried, haven't done the right research or you've invested more than you can lose, you might aswell just sell up and move on.
