Leaks don't always work like that Ferg, a good example is a lot of these placing leaks on different shares that actually turn out to be true, the share price doesn't react to these rumours because people just dismiss them, but in the background the people running the show know what is going on.

I suspect Richard Howard managed to escape Dmitri's dungeon that is why we keep seeing all these 8.5s.

A purchase has been made alongside a cash-settled derivative transactions, when you close a short you buy the shares, hence the purchase, meaning you've settled the derivative transaction (in this case a CFD) short, hence the short being closed.

I'm pretty sure we will see a re-release of that RNS to correct a typo.

Expect to see a replacement RNS with that error fixed, another huge short closed.

I have a feeling the reason we haven't had the resource upgrade all centres around the FSP, the buyer obviously knows what it is but they don't want the information being released publically yet, everything has been kept under wraps.

The Flanks RNS was released with a very muted tone, probably for that specific reason.

What makes you any different? If you haven't got the fear of someone posting negative information, shouldn't you also have no fear of someone posting RELEVANT information?

Something stinks about your whole agenda here and clearly has for a very long time.

Like Sharpeye said we wouldn't know what price, what we do know is last time a short of a similar magnitude was closed the share price went north. They could either be cutting their losses or someone clearly knows something is about to happen and hence they closed the short.

The last time, the MMs were dropping it as low as they could, I believe we touched 15s briefly, so it could indicate a last minute smash and grab from weak holders before the big news drops.

Whatever happens from here on in, I am full belief that this sale is pretty much in the bag and that it will be above £1. All the evidence, the recent RNSs, the strange behavior from the BOD at certain points.

Also something to note, a sizeable short was also closed before the interim report and the jump towards 38p.

Ferg, I will explain, you said earlier:

1. It wasn't a speeding ticket, re-read the RNS compared to for example, the ODX speeding ticket a few months back and you will understand.

2. This is a market, it's regulated and run by outside forces beyond a companies control, hence all the shorting, paid derampers, pump and dumps, false drops, mates rates and other chaos that goes on behind the scenes on AIM. At some point a company will be forced to comment on their share price movements.

Also you keep talking about rampers, but the idea behind a ramper is someone who ramps a stock up on false rumors and sells out. Defending an investment based on facts and logic doesn't make you a ramper.

Still to this date, no deramper has come here with any relevant research or evidence to back up their negativity, whilst all so called 'rampers' have been using information widely available to backup their investment.

I agree, ferg my opinion about you in regards to your understanding of your investment has changed.

Nothing against you personally but some of the wording you used this morning strikes me of someone who would be better ignoring the share price incase they end up panic selling at 29p.

Anyone with an pure investment mentality and any basic understanding of what a speeding ticket actually is, would have immediately recognised that the RNS this morning was not a speeding ticket.

The irony of all of this is that the RNS may well end up pushing the price up further than it would have originally today.

Looks like the derampers disappeared within 30 mins.

That was an absolute mugging, they stole shares off the stupid for 29p. People will never learn.
