No greygeorge, have enough here as part of my large portfolio. Large gains made elsewhere, eg Defence, so being down on DEC just part of the course as not every share is a success !! However, anticipate share price growth over next 5 years. Div cut was necessary to shore up the Bal Sheet and probably expedited by the unavailable illegal Tender option.

Has it been signalled at all how the Ice Cream Division will be separated from the rest ? Maybe floated off as separate business (thus Demerger), sold off as a ULVR asset with proceeds initially to ULVR with maybe later BB or Special Div., etc... ? Thinking more from a tax stance.

Moneybox07, as the 15% US tax is deductible against UK or most other country's taxes then the Gross Div % is more relevant, even if a UK tax resident using the div tax allowance then marginally the Gross % probably more relevant unless one has no other div shares.
