Garonne, that FOOLS article seems to be looking for reasons for IAG to fall !! Every business has risks, even RR. which is being compared with IAG. No way that IAG will return as much as RR. has in last 2 yrs., but IAG can get over 425p certainly, AIMHO and please DYOR !! Oil price increasing yes, but remember Trump's "drill baby drill" and US supplies will increase to keep a lid on the current oil price. IAG have oil price hedging in place anyway.

I bought this too early at 528p, but on basis that it has been much higher, has great dividend, outflow of funds slowed down and indexes aren't everyone's favourite for their full portfolios. Recent increases show just how much these shares are manipulated though a tip and director buy has lit the fuse !!

Apparently it fell, according to one source, because the year forecast wasn't increased but was left as was. Considering that the 6 months improved by so much, and the markets will continue to be volatile, I'd forecast the year's results will be materially beaten as well. Do ye think it'll fall to 200p as it's already down c 25% from c 350p, it's high yesterday ?
