Harmonica, agree re lower net positive cashflow, but the divs aren't being cut and that was the main concern. Glad that buybacks are cut as they're only correct for non-internal shareholders if the benefits of buying back at a suitably low share price are better than the opportunity cost of not having those funds for more profitable activities, eg reducing Bal Sht debt or certain capex. Sometimes better to keep the divil one knows than to bring in another PM who one doesn't know how they'll perform as a PM !!
