CR888, gl with your Darktrace shares. It's very much Risk and Return, BP less risky with great div., Darktrace as a tech stock more risky....depends what an investor wants. Warren Buffet is materially skewed against tech stocks though his fund bought into IBM years ago....hard to value Intellectual Property.

What would be the Effects on LSAI private investors of RTO Medussa19 or another ? Shares are swopped by Medusa19 shareholders for LSAI shares ? Couldn't we LSAI pi's lose out materially as our shareholding mix falls ? Welcome any feedback from RTO experts here !!

Thanks Spikey, Very interesting article in The Times. Personally, the likes of Elliot Mgt would never phase me. From the article they come across as very arrogant and not exceptionally thorough and as Bullies. If an employee operated the way they do as bullying, well we all know the Bully Employer Terms and what would happen to that employee. Seems legally acceptable for the likes of Elliot Mgt to operate as they do but not for the 'small' employee !!!!
