Hilarious.
“…However, for me to become a degenerate human like you is the biggest loss. Remember you engaged me first.”
LOL. Poorinvester has a problem with almost everyone. I wonder why.
It’s a good one, isn’t it? @poorinvester is laugh-a-minute dim. He actually thinks a top City law firm might not have realised that U.K. laws are not the same as US laws.
He’s not only being besieged by City firms desperate to recruit him due to his recently revealed 90% success rate, now he’s got the same from City law firms. Word on the street is that they didn’t realise that criminal and civil laws are different and they want him to train up their lawyers urgently.
“Also I would like to add out of all the thick people on this board poorinvester outshines them all. I eagerly await a comment from you idiot boy, I need a good laugh.”
Oceanpassage replied:
“How deep you gone poorinvrstor did you pick up 10 shares or going balls deep with 20?”
I replied:
“Thanks, @poorinvester, for making me laugh. What an amusing thread.
I agree you’ve made a lot, just not of what you say. A steaming pile of it. We’re laughing at you because of it.
We also know you’ll claim to have made money even when this is delisted, as dips and rises beforehand are guaranteed and you’ll claim to have bought on the former and sold on the latter, typing ever so boldly while the tears strike your keyboard...”
My prediction came true.

This thread is dedicated to the financial guru @poorinvester, so that we can learn from his comments.
Here’s a quote from his opening comment on a thread he started on 13/4/23. The title he proudly gave it: “I’m in heavy now”!!
He wrote:
“..:This is the best punt on LSE at the moment. You can tell by some of the posters, they are getting real desperate now. I made very good money out of cine twice, let’s see if it’s going to be third time lucky for me lol.”
The SP automatically recorded at the time of his comment was 0.8235p. It’s now 0.37p. He can be proud of losing 45% of his money in a mere 2.5 months. Now that’s what I call a loser.

“With a 90% success rate….”
Hexam, I should ’ve said I was replying to your post.
Poorinvester is Googling “Warren Buffett”.
With a 90% success rate, @poorinvester would be snapped up by the City and be more successful than anyone there.
Good God this guy is dim. His insecurity is almost tangible.
@poorinvester.
Of course you are, Billy BS, of course you are.
“When I buy a share, I can say it confidently I will make money from it. 90 percent confidently.”
Yet further evidence that @poorinvester:
1. Hasn’t got a clue.
2. Is full of it.
Anyone with an ounce of intelligence would never write the above because it’s an implied admission of 1 & 2. I wonder what that tells us about Billy BS’s intellect.
@poorinvester - “I’ve made money in this on most drops, let’s see if I do the same again”.
That made me laugh. Self-awareness is not one of your strengths.
You’re the fisherman always saying “You should’ve seen the one that got away”.
Plenty of people on here see straight through you.
More laughs please. Keep it up.
@poorinvester - Yeah, yeah, of course you did. Tell you what, post the proof online and give us the link to it.
Waiting…..
It’s been obvious for ages that poorinvester hasn’t got a clue. Not a clue.
Anyone who fell for his posts is likely to have paid a very heavy price, both financially and psychologically. Hopefully they’ll learn their lesson.
“I will say it again, Terry had it right. He said he closed his short at 541 when the share was at 541, and that has proved to be the bottom.”
I don’t think you understand the concept of “proof”.
BTW, I predicted this morning that it’d close today at 681 on the nose… and look what it did. It’s a gift, I tell ya!
TerryBS1: “Hopefully a few benefited”.
Such modesty!
@pictsloup,
Would you be so kind as to tell us what you did to get the dividend paid into your ISA with no deduction of the withholding tax? A lot of people on here would be very grateful.
Companies seem to reject it out of hand, without even apparently trying or apparently considering it possible.
Did you encounter initial resistance from HSBC?
Thanks.
I accidentally omitted that the relevance of the 1.47p figure is that was the price at close on 18 April, a 62% rise compared with the price at close on the previous day (0.91p)
“I didn’t think the rise was not necessarily good news…” should’ve read “I didn’t think the rise was necessarily good news…”
That was a reply to Totaltrades
CINE has fallen by 97% over the last 12 months. Wild swings are common in such shares.
As an example, under three weeks ago, on 18 April, the SP increased by 62% on the previous day’s close. Someone on here wrote a similar post to yours. I didn’t think the rise was not necessarily good news as such swings are common, they suck people in and then the SP can subsequently fall to where it started before the rise and even further. That’s precisly what happened - the SP at the time of writing is lower than it was on the day before that 62% rise, so anyone buying at 1.47 is nursing a 41% loss.
“I have to say, the winners of the numpty award are those NOT invested, yet continue to feign a saviour stance when in reality they are betting against CINE, just too cowardly to admit so.”
Wow! Just wow! Maybe the “saviours” should call a spade a spade and instead of empathising with people who have lost money, tell them that it’s their fault AND “we told you so” (because we did. Oh my God we did). Would you prefer that? And maybe rather than months ago say “I wouldn’t invest in this if I were you and here’s why”, say nothing and watch people get sucked in and lose their hard earned money - would you prefer that? Because your post is a resounding “Yes, that’s what we want. When do we want it? Now!”
I and many others walked away from here due to the verbal abuse. Since then, the SP has plummeted - as we predicted. You should have listened to us but it’s your money - and now 66+% of it is someone else’s.
I strongly suggest that you watch another discussion in the future where you believe the company is highly likely to go under - you’ll learn a lot about self-delusion and delusional optimism on the boards. If you post, you’ll be told that, as you hold no shares, you MUST be a shorter as no one would comment negatively and not be one, QED (err, if you say so). And when you deny it, you’ll be told that you’re “just too cowardly to admit” it.
As I said before, it’s like victims of 419 scams who, when told it’s a scam, will deny it and be abusive to the people warning them. OK, be my guest, we’ll watch as you burn your money and blame everyone but yourself.
We have money, you’ve lost it, and we’re the winners of the numpty award. OK, if you say so.
