I posted this on Sept 17.......drawn your own conclusions.
Andrew Groves is certainly linked to both ADSS and AFPO. Groves is a NED of ADSS. From today's RNS from ADSS it states 'On a positive note, the Company's business in Ethiopia has been improving. Contracts with major potash project developers have been negotiated and renewed as they look to advance their exploration and mining operations. The Ethiopian business pipeline is also improving in the natural resource and infrastructure spaces. With a positive market dynamic and a growth in requirements for international standard support services the Board is hopeful that the Ethiopian operations will generate positive returns'.
Now, in an article in 2011 about the launch of AFPO, ( http://www.growthcompany.co.uk/news/1657453/african-potash-takes-aim.thtml), it states, 'Entrepreneurial duo Phil Edmonds and Andrew Groves are backing African Potash, which has raised £4.16 million for an imminent AIM float....................Edmonds and Groves, active in resource-linked corporate ploys around the African continent, such as Camec, Sable Mining and White Nile/Agriterra, will hold 15 per cent each of the enlarged company and both will be non-executive directors, as it probes potash assets and busineses, primarily in Congo Brazzaville (NOT the Democratic Republic of Congo) and Ethiopia.'
Now, from AFPO's RNS of August 4 it stated, 'The Company now has a prime interest in both the exploration & extraction and trading sectors of the fertiliser industry and intends to add other complementary aspects in due course, as it continues to explore opportunities.'
So maybe Ethiopia here we come......for both AFPO and ADSS.
